This is the first time I’ve purchased from here and I was so exited. Stylish glasses for a great price for women like me who love to switch up our look! I chose Zeelool over Firmoo for my first time and I ordered, immediately realized the PD number had been put in wrong and spoke to customer service. They fix this. I had also wanted to change the color of the glasses. I emailed back to confirm that they had the correct PD number and not to change the color of the frames. Just send the original color that I had chose when the package arrived. The PD number on the slip was wrong so I got in touch and they are quick about responding but they said that yes it was a mistake on their cSR’s part so they gave me a few options. I told them I just wanted to send them back and get the original glasses with the correct PD number they said OK but I had to pay my own shipping which ended up being $15 then I asked if they could add blue light tent to the frames to look out since I had to pay the shipping to send them back on something that was not my mistake. They paid half of it only. I will say they gave me a $15 credit for my next purchase but now that I’m trying to use it there’s nothing showing credits on my account. I paid for 2 pairs in the end honestly. Thankfully they are cheap, I just want to use the credits and I will not be ordering again from here. The frames are amazing though! Gorgeous!
