App complètement dépassée vs UBER ou BOLT
Impossible de modifier ou annuler une commande passée depuis l’app - même si temps d’attente de 20min pour CDG. Seule solution : appeler le service client et 10min d’attente (et pendant ce temps le compteur tourne)

Needs improvement
A- The app is buggy and sometimes doesn’t connect to the network. It goes into a loop and ask to call the call center. The the call center suggest to use the app for faster responses.
-> suggestion 1: please improve the app performance
-> suggestion 2: if you suggest to call the call center, default to a phone line and message that corresponds to the app failure in the first place.
B- the app has random waiting times that never Correspond to the reality of wait times. Drivers on the map are not accurate
C- there is no way to modify an itinerary or add a stop or anything else. It would be ideal to do so to stay on par with other taxi apps that have been offering this for quite some time.

Nice try but not good enough
App keeps freezing. Very frustrating. On the odd occasion I can get it to work then it's useful.
