Hi! This is the kind of detail that makes our day! 🙌 Auto-detect doing its job, the interface staying out of your way, comfort that lets you forget you are even wearing it, that is the whole point. Thrilled it is coming together so well for you!

Dr Vishnu

I’ve been using my Gabit Ring for about 15 months, and recently it developed a charging issue. What impressed me most was the customer service. The moment I contacted support, they arranged a replacement and sent me a brand-new ring without any hassle, unnecessary questioning, or additional charges.

Beyond the excellent support, the ring’s tracking accuracy has been remarkably precise throughout my experience. It’s rare to find a company that not only builds a good product but also stands behind it when customers need help.

Experiences like this show how customer service should be done. We need more companies in India to raise their standards in product quality, after-sales support, and customer care. Gabit has certainly earned my trust, and I highly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hi! 15 months and still going strong, this is exactly why we built Gabit! A journey filled with consistency, trust, and a bond that only grew stronger with time, that’s the Gabit story we are proud to be writing. We believe great products deserve even greater support, and hearing that we delivered on both is the highest compliment we could receive. Thank you for trusting Gabit and taking the time to share your journey with us. The entire team is truly grateful!

Avoid buying it, it’s a hoax

As a Gabit ring user for 2 months, I am sharing this feedback. Incorrect & misleading health data, even the simplest of workout is not detected mostly unless you manually enter which means calories burnt, etc becomes templated and not actual and personal. One more example is skin temperature which has shown 88-93 degrees Fahrenheit when I was having fever with 102 degrees. That much wayward! Stress levels, a bell weather parameter for today’s world….is a mockery…..when you are in traffic and raged, it might show you meditative calm while when you are sleeping, in the middle of the night, it might show you as severely stressed. I initially felt that may be there is something wrong with me but seeing a few parameters, contacted their support….answer was “we rely on a few parameters which the ring can check” which is very disturbing.

After spending about ₹14k on a ring, the brand of which is actually recent and not having any historical credential, don’t think this much data inconsistency can be accepted!

So, spare yourself…..search more but Gabit ring is surely not something to buy as a smart ring. Infact, ask yourself whether you need any of these smart gadgets or not, because they are just feeding on your impulsive buying and over claiming on their own capabilities

Their excellent Customer support surprised me!’

I’ve been a Gabit customer for probably 18 months now… not done justice to the product and its features I confess but then the product has become an extension of me.. I find it weird if I’m not wearing my ring..
I ran into some issues with the product and was actually browsing on how I could get it rectified on the app. And I don’t know how, someone from the CS team pinged me on whatsapp asking me why is my stats not updated. I told them the issue… and they solved my problem no questions asked within no time… such importance to a customer feedback is something I’ve seldom
Seen in India. I come from a product marketing background myself. And electronic products almost always will have some technical or understanding issues across brands- even the top notch ones. So the game changer is always how you handle the customer in those instances and Gabit won me over here… so thank you! I appreciate you.

Amazing Customer Service

I must start with a big cheers for the. Team Gabit.
I bought the ring in 2024. It malfunctioned in 2026, i just messaged them over the WhatsApp support and next day i had my new ring delivered. I asked for a size change and the very next day they change the ring again, AFTER TWO YEARS. Brand new ring delivered. I asked to add spo2 feature in my app as it was Functional earlier, in next 5 min they patched it back again for me. And most important this support is not given in so called working hours as done by other services. They did it for me at 1030 PM in the night.
Amazing costumer service, unmatched support. Way to go Team i pray you people reach the paramount which you aim to achieve. God bless and God speed. ✌️

VERY IMPRESSIVE

I had an issue with my Gabit smart ring which was purchased in 2024 and was technically out of warranty. Despite that, the Gabit support team handled my concern with great professionalism and empathy.

Instead of making me wait for a long investigation, they proactively initiated a replacement as a one-time goodwill gesture. This truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

It’s rare to see brands stand by their customers even beyond the warranty period. I genuinely appreciate the prompt response and hassle-free support. Highly recommended!

Great Product & Excellent Customer Service

I have been using their smart ring and the app for almost a year now and it is genuinely impressive. The ring itself is extremely easy to use and the app has a clean interface, smooth navigation, and very easy to understand, even if you are not very tech savvy. It presents insights clearly without overwhelming you with unnecessary data. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. They are quick, responsive and very friendly. I did run into an issue with my ring but the support team was quick enough to handle the situation well, which added a lot of trust to the overall experience. Definitely recommend Gabit to anyone who is just starting their fitness journey :)

A great app

Gabit is a great app that genuinely focuses on making healthy habits easy and sustainable. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are thoughtfully designed to support overall well-being. I’d especially like to appreciate Manish for his guidance and support—he explained how to use the app more effectively and helped me understand features that made the experience even more useful. His assistance made a big difference and added real value to my journey with Gabit. Highly recommended!

Great Product

I’ve been using the Gabit Smart Ring for the past one year and my experience has been extremely satisfying. It tracks all my activities accurately and is especially handy during my badminton sessions. The overall build quality of the ring is exceptional, with no signs of discoloration even after regular use.

When I faced an issue with the battery, the Gabit team went above and beyond by promptly replacing the product—even though it was outside the warranty period. This level of customer-centricity truly stands out.

Great product backed by an even greater team. That’s how strong brands are built!

Liking the ring and the app.

When I purchased it, I had my doubts, as to why Gabit is selling the ring at such a cheap rate, as compared to others in the market. I felt there must be something wrong with the technology. But I have been using this for around 2 months now, and I find the workouts, sleep, heart rate, etc. to be pretty accurate. I can’t speak about the accuracy of VO2 Max or HRV as this is something I cannot verify with any other device I own.

What I also like is how prompt they are with customer service. Just ping them on WhatsApp and they will prioritise your request.

Good Product, Horrible App

The smart ring is a good health accessory in terms of design and comfort however the app has to be one of the worst User interface designs I have ever seen (almost at the level of an undergrad CS student). The app completely takes away from the premium feel of the ring. The app’s design and functionality (unable to detect the ring even when fully charged sometimes, glitchy and requiring multiple clicks to get to one option) is a testament to poor software engineering. (Seriously makes me wonder how the engineering leadership could approve an app as mediocre as this one). Personally seen startup’s half their age with a much superior app.

If the UI and the small bugs and glitches were fixed this would be an incredible wearable at this price point.

My review may seem biased and harsh but I intend to be honest and provide constructive criticism.

Hi! Thank you for such detailed and honest feedback. We've made significant strides in our latest releases: a complete UX revamp of the app, streamlined ring connectivity, a redesigned food logging experience, and new features like Bio Age & Advanced Sleep Tracking. We'd love for you to try out the latest version & see the difference firsthand. For any further concerns, reach out at care@gabit.com, we're always listening!

Great Potential, But Held Back by Clutter and Overcomplication

The app has strong potential, but the overall experience feels overly cluttered for users who simply want to track workouts and fitness analytics. As a UX designer, I can see that the interface could be far more refined if there were a clearer separation between core fitness features and promotional or upselling content. A minimal, focused design would not only enhance usability but also make the app more visually pleasant and easier to navigate. Creating a streamlined version, or even a dedicated app experience for ring users, would be a great step forward.

Hi! Honest feedback like this is what makes us better and we genuinely value every word of it. We've recently shipped UI improvements that should significantly improve your app experience. Do try them out. Write to us at care@gabit.com and we'll make sure you're among the first to see what's coming.

Good potential, held back by the app

I’ve been using the Gabit Health Ring for the past 4 months. The ring itself is promising — it tracks heart rate, SpO₂, body temperature, workouts, running, jogging, etc. fairly accurately. But the app experience really needs improvement, and it feels like the software is holding back the hardware.

1. Removal of SpO₂ “Check Now” feature
Originally, the app allowed me to manually measure SpO₂ whenever I wanted. This was one of the key reasons I bought the ring — to check my oxygen levels on demand. With the recent update, that option has been removed and SpO₂ is now tracked automatically at unknown intervals. This is a big drawback. Please bring back the manual “Check Now” function.

2. Inconsistent Dark Mode & UI
The app interface feels unfinished. Even though I’ve set it to dark mode, only some sections actually appear in dark mode, while others are still bright. On top of that, the main vitals dashboard is hidden under a secondary tab, and the home screen I see first is mostly workout history. The navigation is not intuitive — it should be easy to get to vitals right from the home screen.

3. Historical Data Visualization
Looking back at old data is frustrating. The graphs are just bars with no clear numbers or detailed breakdowns, which makes it hard to analyze trends or log information. A health app should give precise and easy-to-read data, not vague visual bars.

Suggestions for improvement:
• Restore the manual SpO₂ check option.
• Make the UI consistent (full dark mode, cleaner navigation).
• Place the vitals dashboard on the main page, not buried under tabs.
• Add proper numbers and clearer visualizations for historical data.

The Gabit Ring has potential, but until the app improves, the experience feels incomplete. The hardware is solid, but the app needs more polish, clarity, and user control.

Response from developer

Hi! Thank you for such detailed and constructive feedback. This is exactly the kind of input that helps us grow. We're glad to share that many of these have already been addressed in our latest updates. The app now opens directly to your vitals (no more digging through tabs!), we've done a complete UI revamp, redesigned the food logging experience, and added new features like Bio Age & Advanced Sleep Tracking. On SpO₂, we noticed it wasn't adding much value for most users, so we've made the decision to discontinue it, focusing instead on features that truly help you understand your health better. That said, if you were actively using this feature, please write to us at care@gabit.com and we'll turn it back on for you. Do update to the latest version & experience the difference firsthand, we believe you'll notice it! For anything else, we're always at care@gabit.com. Thanks!

Doesn’t work

It’s a prototype stage. Doesn’t connect. Doesn’t send OTP to login. Accounts aren’t merged with different login methods. Parents get confused which ring is to connect when there are multiple showing. It’s just too confusing and prototype stage.

Glitchy

Software is glitchy, the app doesnt always connect, readings for sleep are not accurate, doesnt record afternoon naps as sleep. Only accurate as a step counter, would not recommend.

Confused in display

The app has a promising concept for health tracking, but it falls short in usability, especially for food logging, which is critical for a health app. The food entry process needs to be far more intuitive and prominent—logging food should be the first, most accessible button, as it’s a primary action after eating. Currently, navigating to the food log is cumbersome and buried, making it frustrating to use. Additionally, the app muddles health data with unrelated features like skincare, which feels confusing and dilutes its purpose. I urge the developers to streamline the interface, prioritize food logging, and clearly separate health tracking from product promotions. Without these changes, the app risks feeling like a marketing tool rather than a dedicated health platform. Simplify it to make it truly user-friendly!

Sleep Tracking is terrible

1. Sleep tracking is not up to the mark and logic is terribly flawed. If I wake up even a little or even turn around while asleep, the app considers the sleep cycle as complete. My Apple watch shows sleep of 6hr30mins but ring shows 1hr22mins.

Please work on the sleep tracking algorithm.

2. Adding food entries can also be improved. Audio option is good but text option needs improvement. Give an option to first select all the food items at once and then add it as breakfast/lunch/dinner etc in one go. Currently I have to add all entries individually with minimum 2-3 clicks per item. That is a bit frustrating.

Improvement Needed

Here are some suggestions-
1. Add Nutrition only allows us to add in multiples of 0.5, I want to add other values which are not 0.5 multiples.
2. App tracks only Food calories and does not track macronutrient like carbs, protein etc (or it is hidden so deep inside the app that I couldnt locate it)
3. App focuses on weight loss and skin health. But no insights or features for “Muscle Gain” goals. I doubt the Skin enthusiasts would go for a smart ring.
4. If you want to promote paid stuff that’s alright, atleast don’t do it at the top of every page. Its not intuitive. Put our markers and data at the top of the page. And add ads at the bottom.
