Can’t sign on
This app is almost useless as you have to try for hours to sign in. Been late for payments because I cannot login to pay my account. It has been like this for years also! Terrible experience.
App authentication
Having this app is useless if we can’t make payments on it because authentication keeps declining - and yes, my pin is correct. I have tried changing the pin a number of times, but issue still continues
Absolutely terrible
This app is horrible. I am lucky IF I log in successfully. I literally always struggle to log in. I get logged in succesfully like twice a month, after struggling. I ‘accept’ the pop-up message but then 99% of the times it fails and says that I have declined the authentication message. It’s honestly a struggle.

Verification error on existing profile
I have been struggling to log into the app for the past couple of months due to the verification feature that was enabled. It is now saying my verification status is blocked and the call centre agents would just advise that they are having issues with the app, no further assistance can be provided.
Terrible
I can’t sign in. When I input my login details and it sends a message to my cellphone number, I accept the prompt, but the app says I rejected the prompt. I’ve been struggling with this issue for months and had hoped they would fix it very disappointed.

Hi! I’m also having problems with my game store app it doesn’t allow me to login in… as I have phoned couple of times asking for help… but it seems like they are failing to help me… they just told me they are having problems with the app at the moment.
App malfunctions
The has too many glitches, accounts payment not seamless as it’s supposed to be. You’d have to login and close the app several times before it functions

This app has not been working for the past 3 weeks. You can’t even login it returns an error that you must contact a call centre number. They tell you they are aware it doesn’t work and they don’t know when it will be fixed

Money takes long to reflect after paying

It’s simple to pay online than going to GAME STORE MENLYN where you will find only 2 tellers open but there are are more than 20 people in the queue
Bad service
Ever since the app upgraded I can’t log in it keeps saying I rejected authentication which is false coz I did accept it but still says the same. Even if I call call centre they can’t help me. No one is even attending to this complain, rubbish service
Decline logging in
This app does not work, everytime when I try to log in it declines the authentication. It has been like this for months and now I cannot see the balance. I just want to pay off this account and close this thing.
The recent updates ruined the app
I understand the security improvements and changes but the app is not usable at all, been trying to login for 3 weeks now with no luck, the sms confirmation pops up but still would say i didn’t confirm, sometimes is works but not for the past 3 weeks
I can’t login
The app does no longer allow me to login. Whenever i try to login i get a pop onscreen message to accept the login which i do then afterwards it will buffer for almost a minute the say i declined the authentication.

Unbelievable how badly the agents are trained - if at all. Service is questionable all round with team leaders always on lunch and cocky agents all telling a different story. Your system fails clients and your service team is atrocious. No client is looked after and most of the stores don’t actually accept the card. False advertising all around.
