Unreliable
Used to be an excellent app but due to its loose reward system, some users just copy the previous gas prices for rewards even without checking the updated gas prices for the day, misleading customers.
Not accurate
Tired of driving out of the way to find the price wasn’t correct wasting time and gas.
POP UP ADS ALL OVER
started off fine few months back when i downloaded it. now you all earned yourself a 1 star with your 0 iq marketing push.
Don’t bother-discounts fail to materialize.
Gas Buddy is a pain to use and deals “disappear” and you don’t get the savings you expect. I can get to very nearly the same place with a cash back credit card that *always* works. Ultimately, with GasBuddy’s failure rate, I save more with my card. Since GasBuddy provides less and less consistent savings, I have removed their card from my wallet.
