Rubbish app. Absolutely rubbish customer service.
This app is very very bad. When you buy a ticket for the same day the date says tomorrow’s date but it is actually valid from today and till tomorrow. I got scammed because when I made 100 percent sure that I purchased a ticket for the 16th October and then went to scan the ticket to let me through the barrier at Gatwick airport station the barrier didn’t open when I showed the ticket to the ticket barrier staff he confused me and said “this ticket is valid from tomorrow look it says 17th October.” This led me to buy another exactly same ticket then I realised that the ticket was valid from today but till tomorrow. How did a Gatwick airport station staff who works there not know this? Also the refund/delay repayment customer service on this app is horrendous. It send you round in circles and tells you to click on a link for a refund which is a dead end. It says enter the captcha and when you press on it it just says “error occurred”. Why is there not a quick and easy refund option on this app for unused and unscanned tickets? After chasing my refund through a form I found after so many attempts and getting a email response saying they have sent my email to the refund team still I haven’t been refunded for the extra ticket I was scammed into buying which a train staff should have known. Read the other honest reviews they have said the same thing about the date situation. This sort of scam should be addressed by the uk government as this is totally against trading standards.

A lot of bugs. It is buying tickets for wrong dates. Firstly mention one date after that ticket itself os for another. And you cant change it already. It is a shame!!! DONT USE IT

Very bad design
Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief.

What is the point of this app
When you take 10 minutes to download the app, set-up your account then order tickets, only for the transaction to fail for no apparent reason (I bought plenty of other things today with that card) you know you have a crapp app
No time tables!!
What use is this app if you can’t tell what time the trains leave? They only run every half hour so getting it wrong can make a huge difference.
