It would be helpful if we could see our schedules further out. As well, as see the day view for the week

Feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience, and we’ve shared it with our product team for consideration in future updates. Regarding viewing schedules further out, there is an existing feature that may help. We recommend reaching out to your supervisor or Genesys Cloud administrator to see if the “Possible Shifts” feature is enabled for your organization. This feature allows you to view the probability of being scheduled at specific times on days where a schedule has not yet been published.

The iPhone app does NOT work. In both daily and weekly views, it only shows 5 lines, so you can only see half of your daily schedule and only 5-days of your workweek. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️Makes it pretty useless on an iPhone or iPad.🤷🏻♀️ The android version is a bit better, but still not great. Also…we NEED a monthly view as well.

Logging out every day
It logged out every day and need to relogin, also can’t see the full schedule, it’s cutting off full schedule
Pathetic
Doesn’t save your log in details, constantly have to sign in every single time. The sign in process is super long and annoying due to security reasons. It’s been like this for almost 2 years and the app has never needed an update. Developers are lazy with this app.

App installed and using an Apple phone, viewing the schedule, it stops half way and won’t scroll down to the end.

Almost had it
It runs a lot smoother now but for some reason week view isn’t displaying all of my shifts for that week! The ones at the bottom are missing and I have to switch to day view and view each individual day to see my shifts.

Please fix the app, it’s pretty annoying having to log back in after a couple of hours of having logged in.
Work better from update BUT…
Since the update the app has been fabulous compared to before - toggling between days and weeks is smoother and no lag ! So thank you for that!
But it logs you out and forces you to resign in after a couple (3-4 ish ) of hours. Which ultimately becomes annoying and inefficient at times.
And lastly, just on May 14/15 - The app will only show 6 hours of your day in the day schedule. Nothing changes even if you log in and log out/ refresh.
Hopefully that will self fix or another update. 🤞🏽

Worst app
Every time I download it I need to delete it again since it stops working and won’t allow me to log in. Legit just downloaded it and won’t let me log in again!! It’s terrible.

It is so time consuming to be logging in every time I need to check my schedule, not only do ai have to log in but authenticate too, I see that you mention it has been resolved, but no it has not, I still have to log in every single time.
Logs You Out Daily
This app continually logs you out, you have to sign in every time lately to use it. It didn’t used to be like this but they must have updated the app or something. It’s a pain to constantly have to log in even if you were just in it.

The app keeps logging me out, every time I open it, I have to log out or it gives me an error, then I have to log back in, every single time!

Poor app performance
The app is a great handy tool to view my working schedule, however the app consistently crashes which means re-opening the app multiple times which can be a pain when wanting to check a basic thing.
Slow responding
Respond slow and stop functioning in 3-4 taps.
