Feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience, and we’ve shared it with our product team for consideration in future updates. Regarding viewing schedules further out, there is an existing feature that may help. We recommend reaching out to your supervisor or Genesys Cloud administrator to see if the “Possible Shifts” feature is enabled for your organization. This feature allows you to view the probability of being scheduled at specific times on days where a schedule has not yet been published.

Wonky…

The iPhone app does NOT work. In both daily and weekly views, it only shows 5 lines, so you can only see half of your daily schedule and only 5-days of your workweek. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️Makes it pretty useless on an iPhone or iPad.🤷🏻‍♀️ The android version is a bit better, but still not great. Also…we NEED a monthly view as well.
