I do like being able to raise and lower the volume, however, I wish it would sync with my phone so I wouldn’t have to keep the speaker on, on my phone. Also it keeps telling me the volume is too lo or too hi for the controls to work properly and when I’m in a place that I don’t want interruptions, my phone is on silent but I still need to hear whatever it is I’m listening to .

Took away a key feature!
There was a feature that through the app I could block out background noice. This was key when at a restaurant or in a crowd, I use to be able to direct to hear person facing me. I am madden that this feature was taken off the app!!

Customer should have better User/Customer control & Software Should ALWAYS be User/Customer friendly, after all, we paid a lot of money for 2 (two) hearing aids.

The app needs individual volume control for each ear. The imbalance is very difficult to deal with.

Not “user friendly” it’s Audiologist friendly but Audiologist even have recommendation for you but might be afraid to “Suggest” them?

Not enough explanation or control to patients.
Not a genius!
Very disappointed with this app due to the fact that it is very limited in ways (only two preferences) to operate the hearing aids. It needs to give other selections of operation depending on the surrounding environment. 👎

Horrible app. Volume has to be changed everytime it is used. Horrible clarity and no means to adjust it.

Should have individual aid test tone
The app should have an individual hearing aid test tone to answer the simple question: Are both working normally?

With this latest update that option has disappeared. Rep said it doesn't work anymore on my Version of Miracle Ear hearing aids. I NEVER would have sccepted this upgrade but was not given the option by rep.
