Worst customer support
Worst customer service. I placed my order on 8th May, and today it's already 20th
May, but my order still hasn't even been dispatched. There is no proper way to contact support — the help chat doesn't work, and even on Instagram they only receive messages without responding.
It feels like they are just holding customers' money for 15–20 days without any updates. If you're planning to order something for an event or a specific occasion, I would strongly suggest being careful because you may not receive it on time. I'm still waiting for my products and there has been absolutely no response. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered items still not delivered 🤦🏻♂️
I ordered items from this application on 3rd march 2026 .. but still i not received the items .. it shows like "shipment not ready for the pickup" in tracking status .. i done with prepaid 🤦🏻♂️ .. there is no response from customer service team .. so guys don't do prepaid for this 🙃 or else u wont get items .. I decided to give complaint against this team ..

I have not received any response through chat or email regarding the concerns I raised, possibly because I placed my order using the Ghar Soaps app.
I strongly advise others to be cautious while using this app. It promotes offers that do not work in practice and encourages customers to make online payments. However, when issues arise, the responsibility is shifted to third-party providers instead of being properly addressed.
This lack of accountability and customer support is disappointing. I would not recommend using this app.

Title: Feels like a scam — very disappointed
I placed a prepaid order for 2 face washes and 3 packs of Palesh soaps from Ghar Soaps, but I only received one face wash and one soap pack. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to send an unboxing video — which I obviously didn’t take, because who records every delivery? Instead of helping or checking properly, they just kept asking for the video. It honestly feels like a scam because I already paid for everything but didn’t get what I ordered. Really disappointed with this kind of service. I used to like their products, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever order again.

I’ve been scammed by this app not once, but twice. They completely wasted my time, money, and broke my trust.

Despite that, I gave them a second chance and placed a COD order. This time they delivered after 15 days, but only sent half of what I ordered. Since it was from their official website, I trusted them and didn’t bother to record an unboxing video, though I did click a picture of the package and items. When I raised the issue through email and Instagram DMs, all I got were automated responses, and finally, a demand for a video to process any refund.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had — even small businesses are far more reliable and customer-friendly than this fraudster app.

Fraudulent Practices and Poor Service.
I ordered soap from their website over 7 days ago, but it has not been shipped. They cannot provide a refund, have no update on shipping, and cannot give an estimated delivery time. Emails are ignored or answered with copy-paste replies. This is unprofessional and feels like a scam.

Shipment Lost
I was ordered a shipment on 21st July but shipment still not arrived and shipment status showing lost on application. My money was also deducted from my account and no one response on my mail.
