Unacceptable

I delivered for PPU about one year. On a rainy night the application asked for my identity. I pulled over to do as requested. The application blocked me because it couldn’t identify who I was. For 6 months now I have tried to get the issue resolved with no resolution. PPU does not answer my email. PPU is rude and disrespectful to its drivers.

Done deal

Point pickup disappeared, sold out sometime around fall of 2023. I suppose it’s why GigPoint just spins instead of loading. No heads up, just poof💨 ….thanks for the warning point pickup 👍🏼🤦‍♀️
