Exciting and Competitive
I have played Givling for over 6 years and won trivia games with cash prizes in the past. The game has had several designs with the app, and gameplay throughout the years, though the overall mission has stayed the same. The Force For Good is an altruistic approach that helps players achieve their goals in a competitive crowdfunding approach. The newest new app design and gameplay has generated a lot of excitement with the interactive spinner wheel and chances for more competitiveness as players battle for the leaderboard to get crowdfunded. It’s awesome supporting others to help achieve their goals. Thanks Givling for all you’ve done and continue to do to help us all!

Cannot sign into account
I have tried multiple times to sign into and merge my original account with all of my progress, but the link will not open my iOS app. No response from the devs.
Dislike
Dislike the new look.
Went down hill quickly
Started off as a great idea, ended up being treated unfairly and stopped playing.

Don’t expect to get money anytime soon
Been using this app for years hoping to be selected for anything and haven’t gotten a cent. They change things up regularly which can effect your spot on the queue. Used to get free super spins but it seem you have to buy their offers to get those now. I see some reviews say you have to spend money but I haven’t spent a cent on this app. I may not be going up the queue fast but I am getting higher and high just by doing the daily trivia and spins.
You can get bonus spins from doing surveys but they never work for me. They changed the survey site and it’s a waste of time since I never get any spins for the surveys I do answer only to end up not qualifying?
The new points exchange is neat but so far it doesn’t seem to select random people. It just picks those that already have 1mil points or more which I’m not even close to having. I haven’t seen an open community that are honest with their experience with this app. It’s strange to not see anyone that won money leave reviews or anything.

Turned into a scam
I’ve been playing this game for years. I’ve never won the trivia spot until recently, only to discover they don’t give money anymore for winning Trivia. This started out as an app to help those of us struggling with student loan debt to possibly get it paid off. Now you have to spend so much money to get points - you have to be rich to win. Very disappointed and I feel like I’ve wasted hours upon hours on this game with hope that I may get help with my debt.

Pocketing your money and your privacy data
I’ve been playing since about 2015, I thought it was a great mission I’ve never won anything and that’s fine but the app requires you to allow tracking of all of your data. The ads are very spammy and half just look like scams.
The game is also changed frequently so that the way you “win” is always a moving goal post. I was around the 200s in terms of queue position and am now below 800 from the recent changes.
I truly regret how much time I’ve wasted “playing” the game (watching ads and doing really awkward trivia). Others have expressed concerns over waiting months to get the little bit of money they did win. I have about $20 I’ve never been able to get out of my Givling Wallet.
Theres truly no upside to this app.

Stay away
Rules keep changing, people I know got banned for spurious reasons, don’t waste your time and especially don’t put any of your own money into this app.
They do some good, but…
Yes, the app does some good. But they alienate their tenured players by changing the rules ALL THE TIME because they’re trying to do way too many things at once without thinking through the impact. Or, maybe they do, and they figure that they have seasoned players hooked already so who cares. A few years ago, a CNBC article came out explaining how they don’t account for things and how it’s actually expensive to play and win the loan payout. At one point, they ended up devaluing their own coin system so badly that the thousands that people spent in real dollars was worth pennies within months. But they always find the way to blame everyone else but themselves. No accountability whatsoever, even when their own app errors out, they know and acknowledge it was their error, and you lose hundreds of spots in the queue. “Sorry, can’t help you!” Moral of the story is, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Lost its way
This app was once great and had a great goal, but it has since lost its way. It’s now more about making money than actually helping those with student loans. They took away free ways to win and have opened the prizes to anyone regardless of if they have a student loan or not. This means the rich and those who are willing to pay thousands will get ahead of those who actually need the money. Many people with student loans are struggling financially, so these changes go against Givling’s original mission. Hopefully, Givling’s patent will expire and another company will be able to recreate the Givling of the past. I started Givling in 2017, but deleted it two weeks ago. It has been nice not worrying about having to use the app everyday and feeling like I’m always falling behind because I’m not wealthy enough to keep up. If you are thinking about joining because you have student loans, I highly urge you to read recent article about this company. There is a lawsuit against them. I’m not the only one disappointed. Hopefully, Givling will find its way back, then I will return.

Win real money with trivia
I’ve won over $500 from Givling trivia (two wins). I’m also glad to know other real people benefit from watching ads or completing offers in this app.
Scam
This app is a scam. Like other users are realizing, the owner Elizabeth Pratt,or Lizbeth Pratt, is a con. I expect a class action lawsuit in a couple of years. It will be nice to see Givling go down. Hopefully, people can get there money back. It’s a shame that it’s taken this long for this “game” to be outed, but I’m happy it is.

Pyramid scheme Now Scam
They took away the free queue I’ve been competing in that queue for 7 years! Now all the other queues are paid! You have to buy into givling now
Constant rule changes
Yea, it’s a crowdfunding app, but there was some implied hope you also may be funded one day. To win, however, requires spending a lot of money on offers and coins. Even if you get ahead, they will change the rules and people who started years after you will pass you and win.
I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are from. Check out the Facebook posts by users before spending money.
I do like the trivia. That part is fun.

Waste of time
The app has good intentions. I have been playing for years, but mostly the Free Daily Spins. However, the same people remain at the top for trivia. As for the other leader boards, I have been doing the spins and haven’t moved much in over 2 years. It’s a waste of time!
Good but glitchy
I like this app! But for the past week it’s been glitchy. My version is up to date but keeps freezing and kicking me out of games boooooo!
Preys on the financially vulnerable: overpromises, does not deliver
Overpromises and under-delivers: bugs (app issues or errors) are abundant, user concerns or questions have gone unanswered for months, AND (most notably)—despite the company heavily touting free (non-paying) users CAN earn awards and benefits—the EVIDENCE tends to show that those who actually do benefit are those who have paid SUBSTANTIAL sums for such benefit.
Overall, unless you (a) have time to waste, (b) money to throw away, (c) do not expect to recognize a benefit yourself (ever), (d) don’t mind dealing with multiple app issues and errors, (e) or are playing only to investigate/report IF Givling is legally compliant - I do NOT recommend.
Givling has advertised good intentions (which is what enticed me to give it a chance). However, Givling’s execution (its opaqueness behind operations, defensiveness when presented with neutral data or simple questions about operations, and choosing a legal entity form to seemingly shield itself from review of its operations) of its stated intentions leaves many users objecting and crying foul.
Givling seemingly preys on those in some of the most financially vulnerable situations: those with mortgage and student loan debt.
Save yourself! Givling does not deserve your time, money, or trust.

A good and bad trivia game
I’ve been playing this game for 4 years now. When I signed up I was given a member number in the 160,000 range. They were supposedly going to go through and help people in the order they signed up and they did for a while. Then Givling got a little greedy and started funding people who paid for coins and did the partners offers. Because people were gaming the system they got their loans paid off and the original players who can’t afford to buy coins or pay for partner offers are getting left behind.
In the beginning there was a lower limit on your loan amount and you could only get help with one loan. Now there a chance to get $50,000 covered…. Yeah, that’s not helpful to those of us that desperately needed the help since it takes a long time to fund those payoffs.
It’s an ok trivia game and kind of supports a good cause (kind of), but don’t get your hopes up for getting funded anytime soon.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
This app is hardly what it promotes itself to be. Lack of transparency. Complete lack of professionalism and respect - especially on their social media pages. Horrible odds. Many have to pay their way to the top. Constant crashing/freezing interface. Not enough reward for all the time and effort that users are expected to put in. Bogus waste of time!!!
