Disgusting wifi EVER
Just four words and I will leave. DO NOT USE IT.
Avoid at ALL costs
Glide has to be one of the worst internet providers - constantly disconnecting, abysmal customer server, and the app is barely even functional. Save yourself the time and go with just about anyone else.

App Complaint
Simply terrible. The app is slow, and requires a postcode lookup that doesn’t work. You can’t renter a manual address. Once you do get an account sorted, it’s the same issue when trying to enter a billing address for upgrades. Speeds have been getting more and more capped during peak hours. If I change anything on my router management (port forwarding rulers etcetera)out of the blue it will be reverted. Customer service will make you repeat speed tests, questions, turning devices on and off if you ever query your speed. Last time I upgraded my package for double the speed, I had to convince them it wasn’t an issue my side after I had already supplied various tests. Eventually they saw a mistake on their side and rectified it. Avoid…

Post Code Error
When I type in my post code,it always says no houses in post code but there is.

Has been in university for one month, internet stopped working twice, currently not working and has been like this for over 24 hours.

absolutely awful experience. customer service flirted with me on the phone instead of fixing my wifi. FOR AN HOUR. the app is down and won’t log me in and let me check the status of my wifi. couldn’t recommend less.

I’ve truly never experienced such poor service IN MY LIFE. To make matters worse the fault logging service is as helpful as ice to an Eskimo. Honestly your better off with tinfoil and an antenna if your looking for internet. 0 stars.

The apps keep pop up the message “There was a problem processing the request, please try again later” during login-in.
terrible service
service is pretty much unusable without paying for premium, even then it’s only good if your using an ethernet cable. don’t waste your money on this and don’t stay in acom that uses glide

Glide is so unreliable, and their customer care is always busy because there are loads of complains that’s why! Fix your stuff. You can’t claim to be an internet provider and be this bad

There is literally nothing good I can say about your product, TERRIBLE internet speed (if you actually get internet at all), your app doesn’t work, when calling up you don’t get any help what so ever, dealing with glide has been the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had.

Horrible Experience
Can’t even fix their own servers, what a joke!
once it disconnects, that’s it!!
as soon as your wi-fi disconnects, you can’t reconnect. doesn’t accept your login, nothing!!
Cant even add devices
when you try to add a device, you’re prompted to select a type of device. you cannot add a device without selecting the type of device. however, when you open the box to select a type, there are none. so you cannot add a device without a browser to your wifi.
Would not recommend
Was initially told our student flat could get virgin media broadband but after signing contract we were informed it wasn’t available at our location so we’re left with slower wifi than we wanted. Then all was good for a while until we tried to cancel our contract early once we moved out. Their customer service has been impossible to contact, I’ve been left on hold for hours with no answer and no replies to my emails or messages. It can take weeks to get any sort of response and by then it was too late to cancel early anyways. Now contacted them over a week ago to get info on getting credit back off our account and have had no response yet again. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else
