Bug fix
Absolutely love this app but for a month now I keep getting an error message for all of the guided meditations. Please fix it 🙏🏽
LIFX Smart Bulb
No instructions for pairing the LIFX bulb. Not on HeartMath websites, YouTube DIY, LIFX websites 🥺. Global Coherence App gives zero indications that it’s even search for the bulb. The LIFX App is got the bulb setup and installed, however Global Coherence App is unresponsive. Maybe a hint !!
Amazing app and totally free!
I’ve been doing the global heart coherence meditation every morning and it’s amazing, I have more clarity during the day and feel happier. And it’s great that you don’t need a device and can measure the heart in the phone’s camera with this app.
New user
I opened it up. I created an account and it would take me to a video that it forced me to try to watch, and when I clicked on the arrow, I got a white screen. Nothing happened you couldn’t swipe it. You couldn’t swipe out of it. There was nothing to push. It was just a white screen. So I deleted the app and reloaded it a couple of times before I could get it to work

Die App hat sich leicht einrichten lassen und die Bedienung ist im Grunde selbsterklärend.
Allerdings ist nicht sehr viel los da. Schade! Da wäre wohl mehr Werbung von Seiten des hearth math institutes nötig. Dann sollte die App allerdings auch in mehreren Sprachen zur Verfügung stehen.

The meditations are kinda off
The moving more love through the body meditation suggests people are going no contact with their families because they disagree with them and not because they are tired of being insulted, used or abused…the person who narrates it sounds like she’s older. Boomers really do hate being held accountable for their behavior. No, you’re not being difficult if you don’t want to deal with someone’s terrible behavior. I don’t “agree with” my cousin’s lifestyle literally at all, but she doesn’t insult me constantly when I talk to her so I still do. It’s not about having patience or disagreement, it’s about self-preservation.
Other than that the camera sensor works better than the actual earpiece ever has so don’t bother buying one. I don’t even know if I believe this mumbo jumbo.

cant open the app
when i open the app a videoplayer opens up and wont either play the video nor let me close it

When the app starts up after registering it flashes a home page and the goes to a blank screen with a play (triangle) symbol in the middle. I can’t get it to play or close.

When I click on the app what appears to be a video comes on but it won’t let me play it can you all help with this
Doesn’t Work
I created an account/registered. The app then displayed a “play” icon as if there was a video to watch, but nothing would happen. I couldn’t press play or swipe to a different screen; the screen was frozen. I was connected to WiFi and tried force-closing and reopening the app a few times. It won’t work.

Miserable service
Sensors don’t work and even worse than that is they have the worst customer service on the planet and I mean that sincerely
Bad design so deleted
First of all the dev used such a low contrast that the print was virtually invisible- how is that good for me as the user? Low contrast is a bad design philosophy/practice. I’m lease stop it.
Then to enter your birth date it forces you to scroll through month by month.
Too frustrating.

Privacy
I love the fact of meditating with others from around the world.
I understand why you want to know where people are, but in world where spying on people is normal, where even when I tell an app that I do not want it to track my location it will do as it wishes, I do not choose to turn on telling the whole world where I am, but then the app does not work.
Please can you change this. Allow the app to work even if localised turned off.
