Can’t earn any YOYO$

I can’t earn any YOYO$ by spending time on the app for the past week. I’ve tried everything but still couldn’t resolve the issue. This clearly violates their own document. So disappointed..

Good price

i ve been using for a long time but how can I get a promotion code for my friend ?

Scam

They sold me a 100GB plan but then shut my plan off after I used 20GB. This is part of their business model. It relies on “breakage.” They assume people will buy way too much and not use most of it. If they actually use what they bought they get shut off.

Customer service is really great. I bought e sim but due to some reason it was not working. But the support did everything and even gave me new e sim . And now everything working amazing.

Worst app and worst customer service

Purchased the sim in Africa didn’t work took me 3 days writing to customer service which they didn’t help or offer any solution finally delete the ESIM and lost my money and they didn’t care to help ,
Wasting money and time app

Confusing thus useless

Not sure what they do for UX testing, but the app became so confusing I have deleted it. Additionally, looks like my account was flushed - can’t see eSIMs I purchased a year ago.

Great Functionality and Stellar Customer Support

I can wholeheartedly recommend Global Yo eSIMs. I’ve been traveling extensively over the past few years and have always used this app without any issues. When I recently encountered a problem, the customer support team was fantastic. They responded quickly and were very accommodating in finding a satisfactory solution.

Good until you have problems, awful customer support

I’ve used this many times, good prices, sometimes you’re forced to used a specific carrier which is not the most reliable, but works. When you get an e-sim during the check out process you’re asked if you’d like calls for $2.99 DON’T DO IT. It doesn’t work at all.
And hopefully you won’t need to contact their customer support, which is completely useless.

Works good but the app needs improvement

I installed and got an eSIM from this company for my trip to Sweden and the instal and service works perfectly fine, however, the app needs a serious makeover, I think it’s way over the top of being “cool” in lack of better words? It’s it’s difficult to navigate and it just looks horrible, a simpler and cleaner interface and it would get 5 stars from me.

Terrible scamming company

Unlimited 15-day data plan won’t work after 10 days and customer service is truly the worse. They don’t respond and when they do, it’s some generic message. I will be filing a credit card claim against them. Go for other esim companies that are more legit. I’ve been using esim while travelling for 3 years and never had any issues in the past except with Global Yo now. AVOID!

Confused.

This used to be my go to ESIM provider, now it’s got calls, topups with no esims in sight? This new update seems like a step backwards

Good customer service

Sim didn’t work at first but customer service (ninja Anastasia) was very helpful and they provided me with a new sim that works perfectly.

Get as far away as possible!

I am sharing to help other customers not fall for the trap. Please note that after you have paid - the customer service ends. And it is not possible to receive a response and help regarding the activation of the line, I activated my line - not long ago, I encountered a problem - in customer service they closed the tabs I opened with them, one after the other. And the response did not come and even when it did it was a very, very shallow and slow response so I highly do not recommend buying anything here!

QR code is not working

I did buy eSIM and when I try the QR code it said error unable to continue cellular configuration plus you update the app and now we cannot find it when you go on the webpage I login yes still on the old version, I can see it but when I go on my app, I don’t see the QR code to install.
