Good but disappointed
I like GlocalMe for connecting to WiFi on the go or for remote work, but I am disappointed that the 2 year old Roku TV in my vacation home will not connect to it. I have to find a device that will so I can stream my shows.

Do not buy, unreliable service. Expects customers to buy new devices. Scam.
Tech support
After using this device for many years, I lost one overseas. I had a mix up with the new account and data connection and Jojo from tech support systematically ran through every issue with my account updated and my data plans correctly credited. These guys are great and I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

I purchased a data package online via the QR code on device. It was for US. When I attempted to log in the default to +1 is Canada. I reached out for support and got no reply.
China mainland excellent
I love this device and after doing my homework on all the competitors, this tech is the best. The device and app are easy to use. I always travel with 2 computers and 2 phones and it provided access to all my U.S. and non-US websites needed including access to the AI techs I use. I also have access to extra VPN solutions but haven’t needed them yet. I may make it a more permanent solution in U.S. to replace Verizon.

I have used this for a long time, money I feel wasted - it expensive and offers reception, no better than a standard mobile sim
Hit and miss
Roaming SIM cards are more reliable than eSIM. I bought a 30 day eu package which ran out after a week. After leaving this review their “technical” advisor emails me to explain their 30day plans and tells me that they expire after 30 days as if the customer is stupid rather than taking responsibility for their own error so I take back the 1 star I gave them.

Hideously expensive
Works well for the expensive plans but not at all on sims. 24/7 help is easily accessible but they blamed the lack of function on the sim card. 3 insists all their sim cards work as hotspots. If you are rich and don’t worry about spending £10-20 a day on data buy it, otherwise avoid like the plague
Constant pop ups
The service itself is good but the constant marketing pop ups are so annoying it’s spoiling the product

Too complicated
I spent $200 in a device to buy a connection with Holafly because we could not connect. Asking me for a password that I never set in wifi connection…. My family was supposed to be connected with this system🤬 Money wasted

Im soo happy I purchased this product! I took this upstate NY with my family of 5 & i didnt have any issues with connectivity or anything like that & packages are very affordable!!

Sometimes there is a reason why I pay a price for an excellent service. I could go cheaper version sure but is it this good?

Great service, and ok rates. Only complaint is that users cannot set up an overseas plan for a specific time span- you must select from packages with preset durations (7, 15. 30 days etc)

As a 77 year old senior I still make pretty sound decisions.
That was up until I decided to purchase the 5g device.
I am in between homes in Florida and the Philippines.
Besides the Philippines being worse than third world they also think technology is just a word to learn how to spell.
This Numen Air 5g was supposed to be the best.
This is incorrect and has proven that StarLink is far superior.
Mine is on order and cheaper than the device and data plan I selected.
I’ll not be specific but…buy this at your own financial peril.
This is one Amazon purchase I wish I had returned.
Not having wifi is not safe for a senior living alone in the southern province of the Philippines. (Cantilan)

I got this hoping to not be without wifi.
I dug out an old pocket wifi (Ryoko/Muama purchased in a buy 5 package for less than $100.
It got me through the flood and saved my life.
As a retired airline captain one would think I should know better. I do…now.
