App Sign-In Bug
Downloaded app after registering on the web via agent link. When I try to sign-in to the app for the first time I get an error message: “Oops something went wrong. The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” No obvious way to report bugs in app or on developer site.
Doesn’t work. It will not send verification code.
For two days it has not sent verification code to use the app

This app will move your policies form your current agency to a new one without fully explaining it.

Nice to have everything in one place. Don’t need much from insurance but nice to know where it is and be able to contact my agent if needed.

My renters insurance through homesite will not add, I cannot view the ID Card in Glovebox unfortunately.

This app is slick!
This app has been such a saving grace in so many scenarios. I haven’t had to bother my agent in months - everything automatically updates and I’ve been able to grab current ID cards and VIN numbers in off hours without issue. I’ve loved working with my agent and now I’ll never shop my insurance around or go back to carrier directly. The chat bot keeps me connected without having to wait on hold. I’ve probably referred my agent to 50 friends already simply because this app is so user friendly and my agent is the best. Love this!
