Payments not up to date

Payments aren’t always shown on the app even though they are taken out of my bank. Often have to call my insurance agent to be sure the payments are being received.

Look elsewhere for insurance

They are having lots of issues with auto pay and it just charged me 4 months instead of 1. I was reassured by an agent that would not happen. The hold times are out of control. The claims that I make for all the money that we pay is denied. I guess I’ll dispute the last credit card transaction.
