Over 45 years of insurance payments with no claims that my rates constantly are high and go up every year. Why am I paying for everybody else’s shortcomings?

there are almost no issues and many different ways to pay send money send back payments. I sold the car six months ago and I've been trying to remove it from my policy over the app and the app won't let me do it. The website won't let me do it and when I called there's always a 30+ minute wait. And I would have a call back happen but due to companies like this that sell your information to every jack off on the planet I am covered in spam calls so I don't know if I'm getting a legitimate call from a legitimate creditor because I'm getting calls about enlarging my penis or getting better rates on my health insurance. I think everything should be easy along with you guys collecting your money. Thank you

Hard to switch bank accounts
I’ve tried for three months now to switch my bank account where my bill is to come from. The account that it keeps trying to pull from is going to be inactive here soon. Also $4 to process an ACH is ridiculous fee. When an ACH typically charges between 0.12 to 0.20 to process.

Horrible payment system
I don’t get notified if a payment is due. Somehow my auto pay keeps getting removed. When I go on the app that says that I don’t have a policy for billing, when I add my policy for billing, it says it has already been added, and I still cannot pay will be canceling as soon as possible. This is a second time I’ve had issues the horrible user interface on the app and website. Also, how has Travelers not called me one time if my bill is three months late?
