Outrageous premiums and little to no customer service.
I’ve placed a reimbursement claim twice with no reply. The claims agent refuses to return emails or phone calls unless I contact his supervisor, who also does not reply to calls or emails. The supervisor all apparently has to instruct the claims agent to contact me because that’s the only instance where the agent replies.

App won’t let me sign in. just loads, tells me they upgraded their system and then brings back up the log in screen. joke of a company. I will be switching

Autopay is cumbersome and works poorly. Should pick the appropriate date to pay balance automatically.

Recently purchased home owners insurance through Travelers and have not been able to access my account with their App.
Sent ach payments in full end of may 2026 and you still have not reflected on my account-
Sent bank ach debits with transaction number to my agent and still have not reflected on my account. I understand you went through a billing update but this is no excuse for losing my payments. Even after sending my bank debit info you still have not reflected my payments. So wrong to conduct business like this

Can’t get past billing issue pop up!!!
We can’t wait to be off Travelers in a week! This app has become a joke! In 3 months Travelers became the worst insurance and mobile app ever. The billing error pop up won’t go away and can’t login because it keeps popping up. Not to mention our billing is a disaster with Travelers with this switch over. Horrible billing!!! Worse app!!! Can’t wait to be with Erie Insurance soon.

It’s been a few days and I’ve been trying to reach customer service for a few hours. The app and website never seem to work.
Poor Customer Service
I have been trying to get ahold of anyone. Even my agent and no one has returned my calls. The billing issue that happened recently has screwed over my finances and has left my account in the negative. I am very frustrated. I have never missed a payment and suddenly I’m being charged two months at once!

Won’t load
Travelers upgraded their billing system and removed my policies from view on the website. The app doesn’t want to load.
Auto policy
Could not give payment to representative on call. This is not the first time I have to call travelers insurance about my auto payment not being taken out on due date on the 5th of each month.

My app will not work , at all. They need to update this app. I can figure out when my bill is due or anything. I linked my policy and it’s still not letting me use anything or access any information.
Travelers Billing Sucks
Absolutely incompetent and untrustworthy. Although customer service promised me on June 18th that the mistake they made by billing me for 3 months would be reversed they didn’t do it. They told me to pay the monthly amount on due date of July 3rd and when I attempted to do so it would only allow me to pay the erroneous 3 month charge or risk policy cancellation. I will be canceling Travelers policy on Monday and taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting
