The updated driver and app is worse than the first and crashes regularly. Should have went with gemstone
Garbage lights and app
The only saving grace is we got a long warranty. Every year they need To come out and repair a remove an LED and put a new one in that stops working. This takes the whole string out. They continued selling these
Lights knowing of the issues. They have since been changed.
This new app feels like it’s half complete. The schedule is buggy. It duplicates schedule lights. The times change to 9:000 for 9am. Etc etc etc. you have been warned.

Brutally horrible
Worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve literally spent hours upon hours upon hours trying to get my lights to work unbelievably ridiculous.
For the cost of these lights the app is brutal, always issues
Everytime we try to use the lights there are issues with the App, every single time

We got these lights because I believe they are the best in the business. However, if you can’t use them because of this terrible app, are they worth anything? Trying to set up the sunset timer, can not figure it out! Try to go back to my old program and all I get is a blank screen! Don’t get me started on having to save and restart the controller with every change. So frustrated tonight, I had to say something!

Looks and works amazing!
The whole installation process went super smooth. The app brings a great variety in options. I can really set the mood with my phone. Very convenient!
Super support
I’ve been installing these lights for a few years and the app has improved 10 fold! The support online for dealers and end users is so detailed now. Glowstone lighting has some of the best customer and dealer support I’ve ever worked with and I e been in the industry for over 20 years.
Please work on your app
For the amount we paid for these wonderful light I expect to have a better app that would actually allow me to use the lights without issue. It’s a process any time I try to change them.
Nice lights - frustrating app
App is very buggy. And unintuitive.
Presets randomly gives an error screen and I have reload from a backup. The presets also fail to execute properly.
Trying to create light sets is equally as frustrating. Most times the simple task of creating a preset from a light set simply doesn’t work.
Been trying some 3rd party alternates but haven’t settled on one yet.
Given price of the lights, it’s disappointing to have to deal with such as app.

Terrible App
The app is awful, it constantly kicks you out and takes forever to load. So frustrating.
Can’t even open the app
The app is fine but only when I can open it. I’ve got Christmas lights on in January that I need to change and it won’t even let me access my profile.

Terrible!!
Do not be fooled, this is not the same as GEMSTONE!!! We made that mistake and are now stuck with this awful app and boring lights. The lights themselves look fine but the light sets are boring and amateur.
Horrible
Even worse than their former app used on GlowStone lights. I have contacted their tech support repeatedly and have nothing but problems with these lights. And this app is not at all user friendly. Most of the time I don’t use my lights because I can’t get the app to work. Avoid!
Terrible App
This app has been terrible since they updated the older version. Constantly signing in after it kicks you out, shuts down while using it, takes forever to load.
Okay could be better
The app is okay for basic light controls and services most people. If you want more customization use WLED if your controller supports it.
App doesn’t load
When will the government step in on a company who delivers a 2 out of 10 product. It’s almost fraud the way you install lights for a fortune and it doesn’t work as advertised. How would you not want to bury your head in the sand if you were an employee of glowstone. Every year lights give out they come out for warranty. Nothing but problems with the app and connectivity. My lights stopped turning on when on a schedule and now I cannot connect to the app.
