Frustrating app. When it works it’s pretty good but it freezes and needs to be deleted and reloaded a lot. Doesn’t seem to get any better either.

Submitted all detail information for check in through web but app ask to do everything again to begin using app. Cancel and remove app soon after installing

Only see a white screen when I open it on iOS. Deleted and reinstalled and same issue

After an easy online booking process; the app helped me check in easily, as well have access to useful information and discounts to make our NZ road trip even better!
The Tesla rental was great, and the remote control option in app was fun (but not as responsive as it could be)

Not allowing editing of credit card.
After editing details I press “Save Payment Details” but it doesn’t respond, just quickly flashes the Go arrow. Tried reinstalling etc. The website does the same exact thing.
Problem in the app
Hi there there’s a problem in this app, when you try to update your date of birth, the application will reset the date of birth to January 1, 1999.
Useless app: looking for 0 stars
Useless app, while adding existing booking, it keeps crashing. Tried it at least 7 times now and fed up of this useless app.

Can’t get past adding my email.
When I try to sign in with my email address the app keeps saying that my email address is not supported. I have tried using my hotmail and gmail address and it keeps saying the same thing. I have deleted the app and reloaded it but it still does the same thing. Frustrating!
Broken app - fix license section
Fix this app and provide a support function or a place to report a problem. When selecting the option to change the license expiry date and the drivers date of birth, it refuse to let you change the dates to anything other 01-01-1900, it instantly reverts back after making a change. How am I supposed to check in if I can’t use the app???

Why an app?
Used to be able to go online and confirm the booking. Now the only way to do it is by downloading an app to my phone which has no additional benefit to me other than it adds to the clutter of apps already on my phone. That and now I ‘need to create an account’ in order to confirm my booking. Go rentals - the more steps you put in the way of people, the less they will buy from you.

Shame you can’t give an app no stars.
It’s basically a web browser for viewing the Go Rentals website. There are ads all over the pages suggesting you download the app - even though you’re using the app. Very slow page loads. The app-navigation tools are terrible. There’s nowhere to add an existing booking, but there is a ‘chat’ function - which turns out to be an old school email ‘contact us’ form - which they might answer sometime in the future.
Probably the most pointless app I’ve loaded for a long time. The mobile web page is faster and more usable. I just hope the car rental experience is better.
