Can’t use shuttle service

Hi, thank you for your previous feedback. Currently, only the Palo Alto Network has shuttle service available in the app. We recommend reaching out to WPTransportation_RD@tesla.com for more information on the activation plans for the Fremont shuttle service.

unable to complete rides

We apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with completing a ride. We're here to help you maximize your experience with the Tesla Go Carpool app and the rewards it offers. Please reach out to us through the About page then select Send Feedback, including any relevant screenshots, videos, and timestamps of the issue. Our team will promptly investigate and address your concern. We'd also like to inform you that we've just released a new app version 4.19 to fix bugs and enhance system performance. Poor UI design
1. App doesn’t let me select the rider although I see a list available. There is no selection button or anything that does it. I hope the developers try to use the app themselves.
2. If the whole intent is to share rides the app should simply let me select an individual for the ride. The app doesn’t let me select the old people . Although the same people can easily text and make arrangement as a help anyhow. Again point of app is defeated.
3. Lot of people have already mentioned the complete trip so won’t repeat again.
4. I can’t copy the address in google maps directly. At the bare minimum if the app can’t support map you can atleast make it to start navigation in one of the apps.
The list is long but I really hope the developers try to use the app themselves and experience the front end. The ultimate objective of shared rides is not happening with this version for sure.

The completion of a ride is part of the Tesla policy for managing rewards, see https://ts.la/goteslahelp for details. When you have started a ride choose the directions icon (orange circle with an arrow) to open your device's default map app with the destination included, this is also outlined in the carpool bookings article above. Finally, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by navigating to the About page in the app and selecting Send Feedback, we are then able to help you out directly by understanding your profile, your selected network (Tesla location), and importantly how your trip requirements fall into the rest of the Tesla carpooling ecosystem.
No reminder to complete a trip

We appreciate your suggestion and might consider the ride auto-complete for future improvements, but please note Tesla's policy to complete the ride within 24 hours (status updates beyond 24 hours cannot be done). App works well - incentives not paying out
App works well, the only feedback I can think about giving is make the trips more automated without having to manually complete ride. It’s not even an issue, just an idea to throw your way.

Thanks for the feedback. The idea of automatically completing a ride is a really good one. We have been considering this in our pipeline and it brings with it a lot of really cool challenges, which we like to tackle.
