Search will not work unless you specifically type “T5”.
Took me about 15 tries to book something and i’m tech savvy!
It is painfully obvious this app hasn’t been tested in real world conditions.
But the actual G2G service is great.

Never again
Dreadful. Huge faff. Flight was delayed so missed the bus and lost our money after spending 30 mins getting from T2 to T5. I could have walked home quicker.
No longer a fan
Lacks any flexibility, got on shuttle and told that had to book 10 minutes beforehand. Found an alternative way to Windsor instead. Had used previously but if you book and miss then you have to pay twice.
Great local service for Deadworth!
Efficient, great value service from Deadworth to T5. Buses run on time are clean and modern.
Only thing to be aware of is you don’t seem to be able to book in last 10 mins before departure time.

Cancelled ride
Today my ride was cancelled second time. Imagine waiting at the stop at the early hour of morning and once bus is late and the second you get notified that your ride has been cancelled. Keep a plan B if you’re taking this service!!!!

Ignore any negative reviews. They are from people who don’t understand the service! It’s a bus service, Not a taxi…it’s not going to wait there if you’re not waiting to be collected - so you need to book once you gave your bags incase your flight or bags are delayed. Super good value at a fiver to be collected and dropped at LHR. It’s £5 drop of fee alone if you were to get a lift so incredible value. Driver and vehicles superb. It’s rare these days to get any decent service at reasonable price. This ticks all the boxes. Simply superb!!!

Rubbish
If your flight is late and you miss the bus you have to rebook and pay again. You can’t speak to anyone.
