I’ve been using this service for years, and there’s always something wrong with the app. Recently, I haven’t even been able to login to my account. I get a “something went wrong” screen every time. I thought they’d fix it after a few days, but no. It’s been a week and I can’t even access my card. Fix your app.

So when I go and sell my stock and I try to withdraw it it just doesn’t work like it’s grayed out and not clickable and if you can’t fix this issue this is a serious problem

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and every time I do it, it keeps saying error and then when I click the button to get rid of it, it keeps re-going to the page and I’m trying to figure out why it’s doing that and I can’t find any answers, so I’m asking that you can fix it because it just keeps saying error

So bacially I love this app but its now started to not work like I click on the app and it says “something went wrong” this happens on all my devices snd it chooses when to work. I have a few problems with the app.
1. Sometime the quiz questions are either asked wrong, the right answer is marked incorrectly, or there are grammatical errors.
2. I think the intro/loading sequence that comes up when you open “Games” is too long and wastes time. It wasn’t always there and I don’t think it should be anymore.

Never received their debit cards and there is no option to cancel subscription.
Predatory pricing
From the pricing to the ToS; this app is meant to prey on adults AND children. Not to educate, but to take advantage of the knowledge gap. There’s a difference. Opportunists are like maggots; they just can’t stop.

Kids Investing needs to be free
Companies like Goalsetter make money from paid order flow transactions. There is no reason to “charge kids” or their parents for the ability to make a few trades a year. If trades exceed a certain amount, I could appreciate a certain tier of pricing. However simple “buy and hold” / savings trades should be included as a base.

Very good for me as a kid. I invested and I got 400$ from this.
Doesn’t work at times
The idea and purpose of this app is great. But it is quite glitchy and many times won’t allow me to log in. There is never a moment where not being able to access your money is cool.
App frequently does not work
Whenever I open the app, it is a 50-50 shot on whether it will work or not. It often time says “something is wrong”. it is not reliable.
Used to be better
The app is unbelievably un reliable. Wish the was a way to get in touch easily to resolve the issue.
