Good transparent process of bike booking without any security deposit. Only thing is while booking an electric vehicle the charger should also be provided along with as our e-vehicle infrastructure is not so developed to find a charging stop easily anywhere and you feel like stuck in a situation where you rented a bike but you cant ride it peacefully as you need to always be concerned about the remaining battery percentage and reaching out to the feasible charging station before it dies and worst case scenario if battery dies then you required to tow the bike as you would not have the charger. Rest the process of renting was good as compared to other rental services!

The app was good in terms of efficiency, i highly recommend. So easy. BUT, i would like it if there was a “filter based on distance”, so i know which bikes are closest; or is it there already and i didn’t know about it?

1 year review after renting my scooter in mumbai on this platform
Dont put your bike for rent via this app .Had my bike listing on this app for over 1 year in mumbai with over 200 rides suddenly it was delisted without any notification after a dispute with the support lady . The software is very outdated cant even change a address on the app after informing the support / founder multiple times the address was never changed . This caused a lot of inconvenience to the clients who were receiving wrong address . After an argument with the support lady my account of over1 year was terminated without i being even informed . The address listed was 10 km away from where the bike is kept imagine the inconvenience caused to the clients . Such a small thing they cant change . Plz dont use this app .

In the past i took the bikes from dozens of service providers but I will rate (Go bike) as My best experience till now with any bike provider .Firstly the owner is polite and very clear about their terms and condition and secondly the main thing is the bike ,I took bajaj avenger 150 and the condition of the bike was excellent. I recommend them for self driven vehicles as they have a lot of bikes in excellent condition

I rented a Apache and Royal Enfield for a ride from Noida to Agra for 2 days. The bike was in an excellent condition and the service was hassle free. The gobike team were super professional and you wont waste time in any nonsense. They are courteous and do their best for the best of your journey.

I had rented a fazer bike around a month ago. Experience was amazing, bike condition was so good and maintained. They are offering your mobile stand to put your mobile safe in that while using map. Charges are cheap and well deserved. No extra charges for extra helmet. I am really happy
