Keeps crashing
This app has a spotty record of working and other times not working with a spinning dreaded “wait wheel” trying to log in. When that happens I have to go to browser version to pay my mortgage! Sometimes if I forego the Face ID option it may work. Ugh. Fix this problem guys!
App is not user friendly
Having to click into the terms and conditions each time I send a payment is super annoying. And I just had to delete and reenter my checking account that I have been paying the mortgage out of for the last 15 years. Dumbest thing ever to unverify an account already in use for that period of time.

Website is easy to use and view you account and also make payments

The app refuses to update and refuses to let me use it. Completely useless!!!!

This app has really turned around. It used to be really difficult to navigate, but the last two times, I’ve been able to get in, make a payment, and be done.
Good but…
This is a basically good app but an annoying feature is having to open the Terms and Agreements EVERY single time I make my mortgage payment. Why? Why not every few months or once per year?
Auto pay
While I'm enjoying easy access to my mortgage loan, i wish the auto pay were easier to access! I've been trying for months to change my dates but it will not give me that option. I've called several times...

There is no way this app has a 4.7 out of 5 rating. Making my payment was so much easier through the website. Every time I enter the code it just gets stuck on that spinning wheel of death. And as others have mentioned, it is just time consuming and cumbersome to give you guys money. Please try again.

Website was better. Period.
This was so much easier to do through the website and drastically less tedious. You seem to have missed the point in creating an app. What used to take basically two steps; logging in and making a payment now seems to take about 1/2 a dozen. You have made it a unnecessarily cumbersome to give you my money. Please rethink this.

Why do I need a code every time I login?
I use two factor authentication. Why do I need a code in addition? Sometimes can’t login even with the code.
Payment
Your service is the most unfriendly, unable to figure out how to make a payment time consuming I have ever seen.
Login too slow
It take too long after entering the verification code to complete the login. I had to try 3 times.
Shouldn’t have to read the T&Cs every time
I agree with the other reviewer; you shouldn’t have to open and acknowledge the T&Cs every time you want to make a payment. The first time, sure, but not every time after.
Clunky
Not a smooth app to use. Why do I have to click to read terms of service every time I schedule a payment? Waste of time.
