Horrible

Always have to reset password, but reset link is “invalid or expired.”
Slow. Frequent crashes.
I guess this is one way to cut down on reports.

Sloppy

The app doesn’t navigate you to find the correct reporting topic. The gatekeeper of reports decides if your case is directed appropriately or rejected. She does this at her whim without logically processing orders regardless of code violations. It took two years and finally contacting the mayor to see minimal results. The app shows abilities to upload files, like photos, for verification, however it’s just a facade. No ammount of clicks taps or holds will allow the feature to operate as anticipated. With all the money this city reaps from my already low income, one would have better expectations.

Just a placating distraction

Absolutely useless. Police dispatchers don’t use the info properly, disseminate the info correctly, and it’s now becoming painfully obvious this app is nothing more than a place to scream into the void. The city does nothing with it. You report something and by the time the pork reviews it, it’s way past the window to do anything about it. You can’t upload video when they would need it to do anything. Record every interaction with them, they’re not shy about lying straight to your face

Login Failure

I haven’t been able to login since the last update 3 weeks ago. I’ve tried the ‘reset password’ link & it says my email isn’t on file even though I’ve been using this app for years.

Pretty good. Needs work.

I’m glad I can report potholes, traffic issues, etc through an app. As of 7/17 the app has been updated and the update is not good. Makes it harder to report the more common issues. The old version was more intuitive and use friendly.

Bad design

I use this app to report road problems which are neverending in Colorado Springs. The biggest problem is the pin you have to drag a certain way to the location. The user is forced to drag the pin from a downtown location - it takes multiple steps of dragging, adjusting the map, dragging the pin, adjusting the map and so on before the pin is at the correct location.
App users have to be able to just drop a pin at the location and be done with it!
Unless it’s a pothole one wants to report it’s often time consuming to dig down to the correct action.

Terrible

Requests do not work at all. I’m confident no one ever sees them. Forget this app in current state - just call and save yourself the time.

Errors

Tried to submit a report but get a million errors . App doesn't work had to call in my complaint.

Can’t sign in

It says I already have an account but never sends me the reset password email!!! I can’t even use it! Tried multiple times!

failed to create it account

Even when the username is entered along with the email address the program kept saying that they weren't

Pointless

My last 4 requests over the last year follow this pattern. 1. Open a ticket in app and supply all requested details. 2. A day later the city marks the ticket as in progress. 3. About a week later the city marks the ticket as complete; however, the reported issue is not fixed.

App crashes on login

Does not work on iPhone 6s Plus anymore. Crashes when trying to login to my account.

Crashes

Can’t even use it

Does not work for latest iOS

Can’t use it because it doesn’t work with current iOS version

Needs fix for iOS 14

This app doesn’t work with iOS 14. It boots me out as soon as I open it.

Terrible app

Poorly designed and very cumbersome

Doesn’t work!!!!!

Why would you replace a working website & app with something that’s broken. Hello, good software testing has long been a required practice - use it! If I want to report a pothole on Austin Bluffs and the icon is on Austin Bluffs, why is your app (and website) selecting a side street instead that is not maintained by the city? Do I need to contact the Mayor to get repaired?

Poorly designed

GoCOS replaces the prior GoCoSprings app. I primarily used GoCoSprings to report infrastructure maintenance and graffiti issues. I frequently would do this using my Iphone while sitting in my car at the side of the road. The new app is far more awkward to use, and requires drilling down multiple layers that offer, for example, irrelevant info about the city budget. I’ll use it, but for my purposes, it’s a lot less convenient than the old app.
