I love this app because it helps me in so many ways. I love the daily affirmations and I love how it picks a meditation for each morning and evening. Before you start all that though, you answer some questions about yourself so the app can make the journey specialized to your own needs. If you put the time and effort into the process this app can change your life.

I’ve really enjoyed the meditations in this app, it’s honestly the first thing that has gotten me to meditate consistently - and I wish I had listened to everyone and started sooner! There are guided ones available as well as ones where you can just sit and listen to the sound. I haven’t tried the yoga ones yet but I’m sure they’re wonderful too. I was honestly very unsure at first but I’ve truly found it to be worth every penny!

Requested cancellation right in the beginning of my subscription. They didn’t honor it. Never used this app ever.
Horrible website
Will not play beyond the first day one morning meditation period day after day I tried to ask them to correct this but it’s only one meditation that’s ever available to me. Trying to cancel or whatever and there’s no place to do it on the page. I think this is a rip off.

AI Imagery
UPDATE: I used to love this app, but there has been more and more usage of AI generated content within it, even using AI voices. AI is destroying the environment, stole from me as an artist (and all of my colleagues), is causing people to lose their homes, etc. I even reached out to the team the first time I noticed AI generated content within the app. The team was nice enough, but still dismissive, as many companies and teams are nowadays about being spoken to about their use of something so unethical. I will not be supporting this app any longer.
I appreciate how much this app used to help me, but it hasn’t since it first introduced AI features. I wish I could continue to use it, but every time I try, it feels like I am going against my values, so it’s time to cancel my subscription and uninstall this app.

I downloaded this app by accident for a college course and immediately uninstalled the app and no payment was made at all. I am now having a very hard time trying to get Apple and this app developer to stop extorting me out of $64.04 a a yearly subscription that states tracking of my data usage to show evidence that I did not in fact use this app nor do I want to. PLEASE HELP
