I am so thankful that this application exists. It is very easy to set up and receive the funds. I would recommend it to everyone.

Some high level BS for your company to be taking 3% from me and then asking for 17% “tip” from the people kind enough to donate to me.
Never worked
It never worked when I really needed it for financial help when I was going through financial crisis when I really needed my bills paid and I really needed food and now they’re having login issues. I try to login it says error. Please try again or contact our customer service team.
Could be better
Great app but a little clunky. You cannot filter donations to most recent showing. Instead you have to scroll to the bottom. Needs a bit of tweaking please. 🙏

They ruined this app. The new interface buries the organizer dashboard and traps you in endless login loops just to force you to look at other campaigns. I can’t even send a simple thank-you to my donors without the app freezing or throwing "page not found" errors. Greed over usability

It has been days since I’ve been trying to get my donations and each time I add my banking info it is accepted and the next time deleted.
The help desk has not been helpful as I need to get to the bottom of this. Their only solution is to try a different bank account which I do not have.
It doesn’t populate the option to add a bank statement.

HORRIBLE
i tried to make a go fund me and I had to restart for 4 hours straight. I’m trying to help kids. it doesn’t allow you to put your bank info in, It took countless times to get my phone number verified, absolutely horrible. I can’t wait for alternative app to show up for me to use. This is AWFULLLLLLLLLLL. if i could give it ZERO stars I would. Good luck

Ease of use
Not the easiest app to use or navigate or set up to receive the funds. To add photos also. I had to have customer service to help me with receiving the funds set up. Because I tried over 15 times to connect my account through log in third party verification. Why have the app and it doesn’t work correctly. This frustrates the customer. No active help to promote your fundraiser. I shared, promoted and sent on Facebook. It was barely seen by her followers and GoFundMe page. I don’t know how some folks are able to raise outrageous expectations of funds for small causes. But some people don’t get the same support.
