They closed the gym in valley hi, I went to the gym before they closed and the lady told me I didn’t had a membership but they still charge me I have not gone back due to not having a vehicle to drive to another gym I have call and no one cares they keep telling me I need to go and cancel but when I did they told me I don’t have a membership but my bank keeps getting charged

I recommend that the app developers look to other gym apps like Crunch for ideas to improve this app. It’s missing a good amount of features that users consider baseline or standard features.

My home gym isn’t even listed so I can’t sign up or log in. This app is trash.
Bizarre downgrade
Install a new up with the same name? In 2026? Have to create a new login? Seriously? There must have been a serious conflict with their previous web/app developer to mess up a migration this badly. Their new app developer must be cheaper… the new app barely has any features. All I want is to download a billing statement so I can put in a fitness claim with my employer, can’t do that anymore.
