Very inconvenient! Kelangan mo padin magpunta sa cityhall pra magbayad ng OVR. Ano silbi ng app na to? Nagpapadami lang ng number of downloads?? Ilang taon na lumipas, wala padin improvement ang app na to.

Performance in terms of services are very limited. The app need to thoroughly tested there are features that are not functioning correctly and not so user friendly.

Pagkakaintindi ko sa online dapat pwede rin magbayad online... Kelangan pa pumunta mismo sa Manila City Hall para lang ma verify ang ticket at magkaroon ng reference number before magbayad... Waste of time and people's taxes. Do better!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ASAP
There are inconsistencies during registration. The fields for address should be clarified whether it is for birthplace or place of work. During downloading of health certificate, why is police clearance needed? Is it a crime to be unhealthy? Would the police read my health info? If not, remove this because people had a hell of a time lining up for queue, showing all required identification, documentation, AND extra payment understanding that there will be no more problems.
