I tried to send money yesterday but it’s said failed and my money has not been returned. It’s over 24 hours now . I tried to contact the customer service no response from them. I totally regret this app. It’s just trapping people’s money

Customer service and chat with human option not even working
I reached my transaction limit over a day ago and it’s already a new day your bank still tells me I have reached my limit. Other banks reset daily limit once it’s a new day but yours is different. Your support team no response they keep creating ticket with no solution. You guys don’t even have a customer call number. Your chat with human option doesn’t even work I have my money in there and I have upgraded my account to tier3 so what’s happening

This bank would scam anyone of their hard earn money if you download their app, for the first time that I will use them I regret it, I can’t send my money out my money there is trapped and their customer service is poor they won’t do anything about it. A lot of people are crying all over their social media for their money.

I was liking Go money but not with what they did recently. Why is my account saying that I’ve reached my transaction limit for 2 days now? Is this not fraud?
I will advise anyone that’s not banking with them to run because I’ve made a mistake by opening an account with Go money and their customer service team are the worst.

I am currently abroad. I have been looking for a bank that will offer me virtual naira debit card if I want to complete some transaction. GoMoney really provided that and it works. Still early days for me but it is looking great.

Use if you don’t have need for your money. They can restrict your account at anytime and require you to add your bvn. You know where things get interesting? The BVN feature doesn’t work. So you’ll be begging them for your money for months.

Please i was logged out of my app and haven’t been able to sign back in because the 6 digit OTP number is not been sent to me. This has been the situation for over a week now

Don’t download this app is a scam their customer service is so low I opened an account on it and they gave me invalid account number I complained to the on twitter and I even sent them messages on my email they didn’t fix it

You guys are complete theft I can beat my chest on it .. I tried making transfer from my GoMoney account to my OPay account it says failed in my OPay account and I did not get the money back in my GoMoney account contacted OPay customer care provided them the information they needed I was told to tell my bank for charge back which I contacted your customer care and provided all necessary information with screenshots .. over 5 days now I haven’t gotten my money .. now I can’t even use the customer service help support in the app now I came here to check your reviews and I found out a lot of people as face similar problems .. you guys are not competent and I’ll implore people to stop using this app if you don’t want to loose your money .. I have 22500 in the wind for over 5 days in this bad economy
