Unable to add comments on calls
Didn’t see anywhere to report mobile bugs, so I’m leaving a review.
I like to watch calls and leave comments for my reps. Works great on Mac, but the iOS app won’t let me comment.
The comment section opens, but when I click on the comment bar,y keyboard doesn’t appear, there no way for me to add my comment.

No Copy Paste?
I love the Gong service but it seems like they only allow you to do copy and paste on the website because the app doesn’t allow the functionality on iOS a bit disappointing to not be able to update salesforce with notes from calls
distrustful
when you delete the app on your phone, and then re-download it, it still has your old email saved in there. even if you're not logged in or have never logged in. this makes me distrust this app when you all allegedly delete it, they just keep it assigned to your device

Lacking many features
We use Gong a ton and the web version is great. The app on iPhone is missing so many of the features we use on the web version. While Gong is a better tool than some of the competitors we have used, the app is a place where I prefer the competition.
Game changer tool, almost game changing app
Gong is an awesome tool which I’m sure you already know if you’re trying to download the app. As an account executive, I’m using this app when I’m on the go to track pipeline, listen to calls (especially helpful when I’m walking the dog), and reference account history. It’s a way better tool than searching Salesforce or any other database on the go. The biggest negative for me is not being able to update fields like I can on a web browser. I use the pipeline boards to keep my CRM and manager happy and it would be awesome if I could do that through the app.

Gong is great, this app is trash
This app is a stain on Gong’s otherwise good reputation. The UX is trajically bad. I can’t figure out how to navigate it and just click different areas trying to accomplish what I want until it does what I want. Offline review is audio only, no video. The app let’s you enter comments along the way that are simply lost in the ether; a huge waste of time and energy.

Can’t login or create new account
Tried logging in with google & live, neither worked, also why can’t I create a new account from the app Home Screen? Horrible UI, fix your app!
Gong mobile during workouts
I use it everyday. I stay closer to the customer and to my team. Great way for an executive to stay plugged in.
Love listening to calls on mobile
As a PM I really enjoy listening to customer calls related to my product on the go/while going on a walk. I’d love to be able to listen on 3x speed as I’m listening for content and sentiment, not improving my calls.

Love Gong overall. Love how the Gong app helps me do 1:1s and do some of my coaching while I’m traveling. Worth downloading.
Game changer
This is by far one of the very best workplace tools on the market. Excellent capabilities to go back and pinpoint various talking points in a conversation. Additionally with the advancements in AI technology and capabilities, this is a product that not only saves time, but is highly accurate with the information being provided and summarized. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone looking to help their business.

I love this app. It has absolutely changed the sales game for me. Having the ability to hear my conversations is perfect for self-critique, catching missed details, and refreshing my memory.

Gong is like storing collective wisdom for your company. Employees come and go but their interactions, conversations and the relationships they build are collected and saved creating a library of their professional legacy for your future on-boards to learn from.

I discovered the sales environment two years ago, and I wouldn’t have reached this level without Gong, especially for reviewing how my colleagues operate best in class.
Great on the go!
Im a huge fan of gong in general and the app is great for me when traveling. Easy to queue up a call I want to listen to and take notes and send internal slack messages around action items when I cant conveniently use a laptop. If you use gong on desktop but not the app you are missing out!
