Waited for 4 hours and no order
This is my second time ordering from here and I ordered Starbucks which they state they have open 24/7. I placed my order at 9:53 pm, it is currently 1:51am and I am yet to recieve a delivery and I contacted the driver and no response was provided. I contacted support after 2 hours and they gave me $5 in go puff credit😂. They said my order was picked up and out for delivery by 10:35 yet I couldn’t even see any updates all I saw was ‘grabbing your bag’. Then I contacted support another hour later and was told my order was in progress and still not finished and that no delivery partner has my order. They said because it’s an active order that the status can bounce between steps?? Which is funny because they preach live updates yet they’re inaccurate. I asked support if I can just cancel my order but apparently they can’t help me unless it’s delivered or canceled. Yet I can’t even cancel the order on the app and apparently nor can they. All I’m being told is that I have to wait and continue checking the order status page. At this point I don’t know what to do, it’s been 4 hours now and I have not been able to see any updates besides “grabbing your bag”. I’m never purchasing anything from here again this was a very disappointing experience. All I wanted was my Starbucks 😫!

I love Gopuff. They always bring my orders correct and everything’s always on time or even earlier. I love this app. It is the best app.
A note though
My only problem is that the “concierge support” chat screen never shows up. I got an entirely inedible bag of melted chocolates the other day. Tried to connect. I eventually gave up trying because my time is worth more than a 5$ bag of sunflower butter chocolate. I get the VIP thing is a beta version.
