Maybe the worst delivery service on the market

I waited over an HOUR just so I could have my order cancelled and refunded in two ben and jerry’s and a celsius. Every part of the support system seems designed to keep you from speaking to an actual person, and the app and chatbot they have can’t seem to stay on the same page. On top of poor customer service, every item has a crazy up charge and every unnecessary fee in the book will be added to your order if they can. I’m going to delete the app once I finish this review as by now I was supposed to have finished my ice cream and already be asleep. Just get door-dash or uber eats, so not worth the trouble.

Shout out to Harsimran for actually helping me cancel my order and get a refund. I hope this shill of a company pays you a living wage.
