Ripping off

This company is a ripoff I had a really bad experience first they charge you $49 and then it takes about a month for you to start getting trips call project I did few and when it came to pay they said that they had sent my money and was send to different bank account weird to a miracle to get pay or and if you reject 3 trips or call project you get suspended for 1 week be careful with this company

Sounds too good to be true

OK, yeah they want you to pay for your own background check. Does that make any sense if I don’t get approved do I get a refund? Who knows?

Unfair and Expensive Fees for Drivers

My experience with GoShare has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, this platform is very unfair to drivers.

Once a driver accepts a project, if an unexpected personal situation, vehicle problem, or something completely outside of their control happens and they need to cancel, GoShare can charge the driver a cancellation fee of $30, $40, or even $50. So not only is the platform making money from the delivery service itself, but the driver can also end up losing a significant amount of money simply because they were unable to complete a project.

On top of that, many of the projects do not pay enough considering the distance, time, weight, loading, unloading, fuel, vehicle expenses, and physical effort involved.

Drivers are the ones using their own vehicles, paying for gas, maintenance, insurance, and doing the physical work, yet the system feels heavily stacked against them. The communication and support for drivers also leave a lot to be desired.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend GoShare to drivers looking for fair and reliable gig work. Be very careful before accepting projects because a cancellation can end up costing you more than you expected.

Not enough gigs

Not enough gigs and timer cuts off early before accepting

1st Project

Easy Peezy looking forward to more of these enjoy while you can

Junk

Once I saw they charge for a background check I knew it was a scam. I have had multiple background checks done and I’ve never paid through a private company. That’s a fee that the company is supposed to pay for. Additionally, I am excellent law-enforcement. A current active holder of a security license and investigators license. Without seeing any guarantees of jobs or payment, I’m not paying $150 fee. When I don’t even know what I’m getting into!

App control

It would be nice to be able to log out when you’re not driving to silence notifications. Also a way to reject something not interested in taking on so you don’t receive multiple notifications for the same project

Extremely low pay it’s laughable

Paid money for background check ! All there loads they have are mostly 800lbs-1500lbs and they wanna pay you $28-$35 for a load I wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole and there are to manny immigrants willing to work for penny’s

Onboarding

Have been waiting over a month to be able to drive and still haven’t made it through the onboarding process. Any other app you could sign up and usually no longer than a week max be onboarded and working. Process takes way too long and support is rude.

New driver

$29 to pick up $800 of brick and a few supplies. Drive to customers house and unload all that stuff for $29. Flat rate

Low pay

Scam

This app is a scam they will take your background money and make upload all the documents and pictures and never get back to you.

Don’t pay background check

Terrible app. Send gigs randomly and don’t know where you are. Outdated app with terrible support for drivers.

Payment?

They don’t tell you UP FRONT AFTER YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE INFO that you have to pay for a background check. Sorry, that’s on them if they want to deliver for them just like any other gig app. That’s the cost of doing business.

Locations

Nothing your giving me is in my location. Also contacting you guys are impossible.

More works

We need to be an opportunity to earn more based on low your location. For example, I’m in Phoenix, Arizona yet all the jobs are so far away in order to start the job.

Pay for your own background check not worth your time or money.

No one should pay for a background check for a company your applying for make it make sense.

Has potential

app has potential, logistics could be better and overall interface has room for improvement

Under compisation

If you cancel an order, they’ll charge you $30-$60 if they cancel an order on you they gave you $11.25 no matter how far you drive no matter how much gas you spent they don’t care about their drivers
