Why would the update change a true dark mode (black) to - blueish grey? Can you please give a toggle or bring back the true dark mode?

Good app but it needs to directly support AirPlay, mirroring doesn’t put audio on the TV

No sound when First logged in.
I started on time, but sound didn’t work. After missing over 5 minutes I exited and logged back in. Then it worked. Why is there no speaker on/off button?

Almost perfect
Give us access to change the ringtone, add Apple CarPlay support/app. Text messaging still needs work. Some times picture messages go through and for others they don’t. That can be frustrating.
Billed for months after cancellation
Huge pain to cancel my Grasshopper account with GoTo support over the phone; received cancellation confirmation complete with case number and date in email. Still kept getting billed for three more months until I caught it. I’m sure it would have continued. Finally got a refund with a support team member who was helpful, but getting continuously billed after a cancellation erodes trust and feels extremely scammy. It should not be that difficult to cancel a subscription to an App.

Please bring search feature for messages in the app
Using GoTo for my business since last 1 year and its easy to use and a great app. Only thing I would like is a “Search” feature in the app for text messages.

The notification that there is an update is annoying
It is hard to take any of the notifications seriously when the app bugs you to update. My phone automatically updates all apps periodically. Cut it out.

Stay away from this company, I should have done this many years ago but unfortunately they get you locked in to a plan and even if you cancel subscription and even if you get a confirmation that you have canceled with them, they will still charge you and threaten to send your info to collection agency if you dont keep paying. Im not talking about a 2 month membership. Im talking about being a 7 years client to them. On top of that the app is really slow and buggy. You are always logged out and SMS messages often dont load. It’s very slow and buggy. I never write a bad review, and happy to support businesses but this time I had to. I feel like I was scammed.

Worst app
How lazy can a company get when they charge for a service. Tests and calls don’t send and dropped daily. I can’t share a contact with another user or send a file because the recipient can’t open the damn thing. Fix it now.
Crashing and freezing new iPhone
The app keeps freezing on my new Apple iOS phone 17 pro. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times and keeps freezing at sign in.
