Chào grab em là 1 người dùng và đã trải nghiệm grab rất lâu. Và hôm nay em rất bực. Tại sao đặt 32k ship cho 28p để giao. nhưng đợi 20p vẫn chưa nhảy đơn cho bên người bán. Vì lúc đó đã gần 22h nhưng đã qua 22h vì thấy chờ quá lâu hơn dự kiến em đã huỷ đơn và thêm 25k ship nữa. Nhưng vẫn bị giao trễ. Thiệt sự đơn rất gần em có thể chạy đi mua 57k cho 1km thì đáng chờ đợi 1 tiếng mới có không?? chiết khấu người bán, người dùng, và cả shipper như thế nhưng trải nghiệm chỉ càng ngày quá tệ:)

In grab taxi category, some of the driver are so rude. The office side is taken the responsibility for this. Bad review for the grab taxi.
terrible customer service
through the worst customer service that we dealt with there’s an account issue. They will suspend it without talking to you say that your problem is fixed that your account is working and it does not beware they have changed their process. It is Singaporean. i’d rather surveillance you than to fix your issue.

Great app. Made our Bali stay and getting around so easy. It would have been nice to be able to choose English as the preferred language for receiving messages etc

Holding money when order is cancelled
They charge your card and if merchant cancels the order, they still hold money for long time, and you are waiting for ages to get the refund.

Customer service sucks
Had a minimal problem with the location, can’t edit the location and can’t contact customer service even when the order’s still processing. Had a missing item on my order and I can’t contact grab and their customer support; hence didn’t get any refund for it.
Very convenient and fast delivery
My kid got sick during the night in Koh Samui and I need a basic medication like paracetamol. I can’t think of any pharmacy that would be open at 5am. So I search on Grab app. And there you go! I ordered the medicine from a random minimart in the area and Grab driver picked it up an delivered less than half an hour. Thank you for your fast services.

This app doesn't respect its users; they cancel trips almost immediately after you've confirmed them. I will delete this app and switch to another one!
Easy reliable and fast
Have used this app my entire trip in Vietnam and it’s been amazing! Highly recommend to foreigners visiting.
Helpful but full of errors and glitches
Driver can claim that customer did not arrive at pick up location, didn’t answer phone or respond to message, cancel ride and claim partial payment. Despite requesting a review, Grab ignored my evidence

I love the Grab app! I live in Florida and send food to my mom in Pattaya every couple days. I use grab for a ride to and from the airport and anywhere else. If I make a mistake - I call grab support and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Grab support will fix my mistake instantly with no problems! Payment has been secure and accurate. Thanks
