Terrible service
I pay everything with tips and good reviews for services, and then I’m suspended for what? Always denying my American card as well, terrible experience.

Please add CARD LABEL as payment feature. It’s hard to just see VISA MASTERCARD and last 4 digit.
Can never cancel food order
Sometimes I made a mistake and wanted to cancel just one or 2 minutes after the order but can never do it. It should have a 5 minute policy or something because the 15 seconds is too fast

I am so impressed with the service. I expect to wait about an hour and each time I order it comes under an hour the food is always good I will leave them reviews to. Timely, no mucking around or chit chat trying to get tips where they can. It’s just service. Thankyou

I am one of the Grab users in Myanmar. When Grab first launched in Myanmar, everything was fine with both car-hailing and food delivery services. However, from around 2024 until now, I feel that the customer service and overall responsibility have become really poor.
One day, I accidentally left my house keys in a Grab car. When I realized it, I tried to contact the rider, but I couldn’t reach him. So, I called Grab’s customer service hotline, but no one answered. I was completely stressed out and didn’t know what to do.
Eventually, I decided to call the hotline for accidents and emergencies, and they finally answered my call. Fortunately, I was able to get my keys back at around 10:00 PM.
It was a really bad experience for me. Because of this experience and the poor customer service, I gave Grab 1 star in the Myanmar region.

Grab admitted the wrong order, but refused a refund
I received the wrong items in a GrabMart order. I contacted Grab Support, and they explicitly acknowledged that I “didn’t receive [my] correct order.”
Despite confirming that the order was incorrect, Grab still refused to issue a refund simply because I reported the problem more than 24 hours after delivery.
I find this policy extremely unreasonable. If Grab has verified that a customer did not receive what they paid for, refusing a refund based solely on an arbitrary 24-hour deadline means the customer is forced to pay for Grab or its merchant’s mistake.
This experience seriously undermined my trust in Grab’s customer protection. A platform should take responsibility when it confirms that an order was fulfilled incorrectly, rather than acknowledging the mistake and then refusing to make the customer whole.

I hate Changi pickup
I’ve been through Changi 4 times now and been confused every time. All the doors are numbered door 1, door 2 etc which seems fine.
But they are all in different levels and different bits. So you go to Door 1 and wait but they have gone to Door 1 (G) and you are waiting but they go to Door 1 (B2).
Honestly just either call each door a different number (1-50) or mark them D1 (G) or whatever. It’s not hard.
