I use Grab quite often and find it really convenient for getting around, ordering food, and making everyday payments. The app is easy to use and the service is generally reliable. I’d definitely recommend Grab for its convenience and ease of use.

Great app till I realized they are stealing funds!
Grab charges Americans more than they charge Filipinos on any transaction. Grab is an amazing app but the people at grab are thieves. If you open the account with a U.S. number rather than a Filipino number they charge you almost two to three hundred more pesos per transaction for having an American number. Never pay for priority delivery. Paid all week and every order been over an hour late with cold food and grab never refunded the priority fees. Also learned they steal tips from the drivers as the drivers don’t received the full tip I’ve left them on every order after checking with the drivers.

Massive Delays with No Compensation
My order came after 1 hour and 20 mins on a standard delivery order. This is because of grab’s multiple order handling system and the rider taking too long with other orders.
It’s grab’s way of urging you to use the Priority delivery and make you pay more to get your food in a proper state.
Disgusting and greedy company.
I highly do not recommend ordering from this app.

Ordered Puregold, put in the original address, when I went from snacks to beverages, it changed the address I didn’t notice till I click submit order when I noticed I went to cancel the order, but within three seconds, pure gold accepted it and there is no contact information for them, no way to cancel and now my package going to airport instead of the original address. No Grab support

Never available
The food delivery was never available. Order would be placed and then hours later “we have cancelled your order due to no available riders.” This is extremely frustrating because it’s hours of delays on multiple days. I don’t know what the alternative is but this isn’t the solution for anything other than Taxi services.

Worst food app I’ve ever used
Slow support that helps out whenever they please. Good luck getting a refund after they scam you! They double charged me due to some weird technical glitch and won’t reply back! Worst experience ever. I’m switching to Line and Uber Eats.

Greedy app taking advantage of hard working drivers
I am writing to formally complain about Grab Vietnam’s current fee and commission structure and the way it is affecting Grab drivers.
Grab drivers are the people doing the actual work — spending hours on the road, paying for gasoline, vehicle maintenance, insurance, repairs, depreciation, and taking on the risks of driving passengers every day. Yet Grab continues taking a significant portion of the fare, leaving drivers with an increasingly small amount for the actual work they perform.
This is extremely concerning when drivers can complete a trip where the passenger pays a substantial fare, but after Grab’s deductions, the driver receives only a fraction of that amount. After fuel and vehicle expenses are taken out, some drivers may be left with almost nothing.
A technology platform should not build its business by continuously increasing the financial burden on the people who make the platform possible.
Drivers should not have to work longer hours simply to compensate for an increasingly aggressive platform fee structure.
Grab needs to remember that without drivers, there is no Grab transportation business.
I respectfully request that Grab Vietnam review this fee structure, increase transparency, and establish a fairer revenue-sharing model that allows drivers to earn a reasonable income from the work they perform.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide me with a written response explaining Grab Vietnam’s position and what actions, if any, will be taken.

Worst Food Delivery App EVER
Ordered food an hour before closing. Drivers motorcycle won’t start, so he cancels the order, AFTER closing hours. Instead of assigning the order to another driver, the app cancels the entire order leaving my fully prepared food at the restaurant, AND LEAVING STARVING WITH NO FOOD!!!! GET WITH IT GRAB, THIS SUCKS!!!!! There’s not even enough time for me to go pick it up… 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
