Poor customer service
Good but glitchy
It’s fine but has bugs that make you miss Uber. When you run into a bug the support team is god awful. Good app when it is working.
Excessive and spam notifications
The title says it all. Call a Grab to go somewhere and you get 7-8 notifications. When food gets delivered, get like 5 notifications all at once. Also, why am I reviewing things at delivery? Don’t people eat and then leave a review?
Worst driver ever
Driver wouldn’t assist with bags.
Slammed doors when we asked for assistance we are 73 years old.
Attempted to drive off before my wife had her seat belt buckled. Driver complained when i asked him to wait.
I commented on his poor behaviour, Mohammad then told us to get out, removed our bags and sped off. He also charged us the full fare, basically steeling the fare.
I can’t find a way to report this driver to grab so using this method.

Great but..
Needs better vehicle descriptions and/or pictures.
Complete garbage
There is basically no support except for a dumb powerless AI bot. The app UX is a complex rube Goldberg machine that makes it impossible to do anything sensible like fix a pin location. It's an example of a terrible monopoly in action.
Cannot add payment & no support
Tried adding 3 different cards & all 3 got declined. When I called my bank they said it was a Grab/merchant issue but there is absolutely no support. I’m trying to get to a doctor but no one cares.
Amazing guy
I was short 40 pesos and he gave me my order anyways. Great guy
No human support for food delivery at all
This app is just utilizing its monopoly and being rude to customer. No human support at all. If your order is not delivering, you can only wait. 2 hr, 3 hr, it arrives and you just suffer with that. Good luck every time you order!

Protects Scammers
I booked a driver for 6 hours and when they arrived they told me it would be 500 more for the distance. I should have said no, but was new to the app not understanding this wasn’t part of the regular procedure. At the end of the ride they asked for the money I cash and felt uncomfortable not going through the app. I was pressured to pay in cash and complained to customer support. They said cause I agreed to the money it was in policy to do nothing. So there’s no protection for riders who get pressured to pay more.

打车打错地点取消订单需要乘客付钱，点外卖联系不到骑手没有任何赔偿，我等待的时间不是成本吗，最恶心，最烂的软件，要不是在新加坡，这辈子死都不会用

Very convenient but customer service is pretty garbage. Just going in circles with AI until you go away.
