Great Product!!! TREASURE vs. treasure (Diminishing Value)😳
Graeter’s is a TREASURE for those who live and visit the Cincinnati region. It is a fantastic maker of some of the finest ice cream in the region and as good or better than some of the ice creams and gelato that I have had around the world. I highly recommend it to anyone and especially believe that they excel a chip flavors. However, we have now started only going on special occasions this past year (I.e., Birthdays, Visitors, Business, etc.) due to the cost and diminishing value when we go as a couple or treat the family. Despite being able to afford the price, the amount of treasure has now shifted our behavior. Birthday reward has been trimmed on a rewards program that feels stingy compared to DQ that regularly rewards and values us as a customer. As a Product Manager myself, I would recommend you make sure that you are considering the NBA. What is your customers Next Best Alternative. I don’t want my company or Graeters to go the way of Cincinnati Milicron (see the great YouTube documentary). Happy to discuss, over some vanilla chocolate chip or cookie dough!!!

Great and oops
Absolutely LOVE your ice cream. App is not working correctly. I went to order for pickup later today and it came back to tell me, “this location is not accepting orders at this time”

Needs to be VPN-compatible
The app works fine…if you don’t use a VPN. As someone who values privacy I am frustrated when companies like Graeter’s develop their technology in ways that preclude the use of what is becoming a standard privacy tool. They already know when I’m purchasing their products, and they don’t need to track my location or any other behavior that would be protected by a VPN. Graeter’s, please make future versions VPN-compatible!

Our family loves Graeter’s, especially our local store in Gahanna, Ohio! The staff remembers us and talks with our chatty kid, which of course they adore!
The flavors are amazing and we each have different favorites but definitely try other flavors because there are so many options!!!

App stopped working
In a loop of unknown errors. Deleted reinstalled, did all the things. Still doesn’t work
App updates are the worst
Every time app updates it doesn’t retain user name or password. Usually can reset but last update try to reset and no email ever. All your points will be lost. Been tolerating it for years and this is first app review.

Never works for me
My app always logs out and then doesn’t recognize my credentials. when I say forgot password, I follow prompts to create new password but never receive the email to create a new password. When I just tried to create another account, it says the phone number has been used already.
Rewards
The app indicates that you can scan the barcode on your receipt or enter it manually, but it never works. If you don’t have them scan the QR code in the store, you don’t get rewards. Very disappointing as we frequently DoorDash from Graeter’s but don’t benefit from the rewards.
Fix log in!!!
Trust me, i love Graeters icecream and get it from time to time but let it be 2 weeks max and im always signed out! And if that wasn’t enough i type my password correct (granted i don’t forget) and if i need to reset it, it never sends me a reset password email in time. stop logging me out of my account!!!

Constantly logs me and makes me reset my password
This app drives me insane. It constantly logs me out and when I try to log in with the user name and password saved in my phone, it says my credentials are incorrect and makes me change my password. I reset my password, save it in my phone, set the app up to log in with Face ID, and the next time I try to use it, I’m logged out and I have to reset my password. I receive emails every time I change my password so it’s not hacked, the app is just terrible, especially since I don’t know I’m logged out until I’m trying to pull it up at a drive-thru window.

Basically doesn’t work
I’m a loyal Graeters customer and the app seems to well when it works, but on a regular basis I get an “unknown error” message as soon as I open it and none of the functionality is there. It would be nice to actually be able use the app, but it’s not consistent enough to be a viable way for me to order or get rewards from purchases.

Never works
Why have an app that never works, please update, it kicks out when purchasing then says password is wrong
Gift card
Having something delivered and they make it hard/impossible to have gift card put in. Not sure it’ll happen as I put it in the special instructions. Also very limited as far as ice cream cakes and pies go.
Random sign out
This app randomly signs me out and will not allow me to log in. Trying to rest password, but it doesn’t work! Takes over 15 minutes just to get password reset email!
New User - App NOT allowing signin
Email is verified … app doesn’t accept login! Very frustrating.
