There is a way to eat healthy enjoy the flavors and have a dessert that’s good for you. It’s at Grain and Berry in Holly Springs. The store is meticulously clean. The food choices are just enough. And the service is impeccable. I love the açai bowls! Do yourself a flavor and check it out. Grain and Berry in Holly Springs. They’re open 8 AM to 8 PM every day.

Good But Can Be Better!
I think the app is at beginning stages. I would suggests a more fast and intuitive sign up process, as well as apple pay for a fast check out. Also as a customer - I LOVE REWARDS!, make the points and rewards better displayed in order to make it more exciting! and also exclusive deals (like in app deals only). Don’t forget our birthday!!! Great Healthy Snack
This was our first visit, but definitely not our last one.
This location has a very nice clean interior decor.
We tried Design A Bowl, Turmeric shot, Grain & Berry Parfait and the Jammin Smoothie. Everything was very tasty and delicious.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They even corrected an item I mistakenly ordered.
We are very pleased with the friendly service.
I signed up for the loyalty program via the App Store. There are a few things the app could improve to have a more user friendly experience. However, the owner was able to help me navigate through the challenges.

Great especially for the price
Now that they have open Planet Smoothie, there is something to compare. I will say that the quality of Grain & Berry is in my opinion at the same level. The polls are about a third larger than what you get at Planet Smoothie and they’re about 15% cheaper. I used to think that they were overpriced for what you got but not having anything to compare it to was the problem. I absolutely would drive a little further for Grain & Berry versus Planet Smoothie.

Brain hurts
Hard to navigate. Paid for something that should be emailed to me but not sure if I have to pick it up. Not much insight on the app.

I paid for extra topping and it did not happen. It actually was less than the regular serving.

Disaster !
Can’t apply points to app, every time I order ahead it takes going in to tell the employees to which they have to make it. The app signs me out every time after I use it so have to sign back in and is always difficult. I deleted app as a final solution - not worth my time nor money!
Promos disappear from the app
Received a promo via email and cannot use it on the app. User interface is a little clunky and does not allow you to search for your rewards. Could use some work.
