The app hasn’t allowed a log in for several months. I doubt it’s being supported anymore. It started going down hill when the app/bank started offering settlements on outstanding loans. Owe $300? Pay $150 and be settled in full. Bet the bank just wanted out as the app was collapsing. I’d say don’t sign up, but you can’t anyway

App will not open
I can’t get into the app to check my account. Last time I checked it said I was getting a refund and my account was paid off. But today I received a message saying that I still owe. But I can’t even get into the account to verify. Call the number on the statement but no answer. What I’m supposed to do? I need help.

Terrible customer service
App does not work. It’s been frozen for months. Customer service never responds and if they do it’s a copy and paste generic answer. Random charges to your account that don’t make sense. I closed my account but they still charged my card for a deposit fee without notice. When I reached out they stated to reconnect account to have deposit returned. Then they stated they would mail a check and I haven’t heard from them since. Do not use this sketchy app. The app does not work. I cannot sign in so I can have my security deposit returned. I am going to pursue legal action if this company continues to ignore me. They STOLE my money.

I thought Grain Technology Inc was a safe way to build credit, but instead, they damaged my credit history over a ridiculous $1 write-off!
• My account was paid and closed, yet they still reported a charge-off for just $1!
• Now, my credit report shows a negative mark that will stay on record until 2028—all over one dollar!
• This is beyond unreasonable. How does a paid-off account still get a derogatory status?
• I’ve disputed this with Experian, but the fact that it happened at all proves Grain Technology is completely unreliable.
Final Verdict: Avoid Grain Technology Inc!
This company falsely reports negative marks on your credit, even after you’ve paid off your account. If they can damage my credit over $1, imagine what they’ll do with a real balance. Stay away unless you want pointless credit damage!

Never works
The app never works it loads and loads and loads and nothing happens it’s been telling me it’s going to make 2 small deposits on my account for over a week and everyday it says by 5pm tomorrow. The last 3 days it doesn’t even work

Wishy Washy Experience
When I was first approved for the app it was great, had a nice limit and the ability to pay it back was easy as it was on autopay… Then the decrease to the credit limits happened… Then the inability to borrow even though you were making timely payments and you had an available credit happened… Then I was charged twice in a month so I discontinued autopay and would pay through bill pay. All was great until I start receiving missed payment emails even though I knew my bank paid. Customer service told me they don’t accept bill pay though every payment I made in the last three months prior to the issue was made that way. Thankfully my bank was able to provide proof of the payment being cashed so they update the balance. Now I can’t even log in to see my balance. The app has been down for days, every time I try to log in it just loads and does nothing.

Somehow I had an application and somehow it’s been cancelled and there’s no information on how to contact anyone. Difficult for no reason.
Logging in the app
There’s an issue with the app. When logging in the app just shows blank like it’s constantly stuck loading. The phone is also having issues. Recording comes on stat that I called outside of hours but I call within the operating hours. This has been going on for a week and a half now.
It has become trash now
Opened an account a couple years ago. I was randomly told that I not longer qualify for an account and my account was closed. After having my account paid off I can no longer log onto the app as it just keeps loading and loading.
Glitch
I have been using grain and making payments recently it has been glitching whenever i log i to my account i got a message about a rebate refund and ever since that happened i cant get into my account i even reached out to customer service and no response
Atrocious app
This app is so frustrating to use. Customer service is horrible, and the app has not worked for days. I have reached out to customer service, and sent an email, and have received zero response. An incredibly frustrating app with an even more frustrating customer support team

I recently received an email regarding a rebate credit on my account. I went into the account to update my bank to make my payments— received messages for days that I had to wait for to sample deposits in— every day the message would say by the next day at 5 the deposits will be there. Deposits never hit and now the app wont even work correctly. When I try to log in and bypasses it and just gives me a white a gray screen. I’ve reached out to customer service by email no response other then the auto generated response and the number they have does not work. Idk what my account is reflecting and after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times the app is still not wording. I’m over it !

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. I sign in everyday and no information populates the app. Everything is completely blank. I’ve tried refreshing the app and signing in and out and deleting the app and reinstalling it but still won’t work
The worst company ever
So , I paid my Grain account off early 2024 and I haven’t logged in since ! Well I logged in December 2024 just to see my limit out of curiosity, next day I get an email saying “ deposit initiated “ all I did was open the app ! Ironically I try to get back into my account to pay it back , now my account won’t load!!! I’ve emailed Grain and tried calling the company phone number provided once I emailed…. Guess what !! The number doesn’t work ! I’m truly annoyed and dissatisfied with this Compay ! I feel like I’m not important and they don’t take matters seriously regarding their customers! I don’t want to pay the interest or yearly $70 fee for using the app ! I need answers!
