About

Grama turns a photo of your plate into a nutrition entry. Point the camera at your food and Grama estimates calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat. Nothing is saved until you say so. Every number stays editable, and there is a portion slider, because an estimate from a photo is an estimate. FIVE WAYS IN • Photograph it — one frame, or pick one from your library • Scan a barcode — packaged food, looked up by product • Read the label — the nutrition table is read on your phone • Say it — dictate what you ate • Type it — manual entry, always free Every route lands in the same place, and you can correct anything before it is saved. FOUR RINGS Calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat, one ring each, filling through the day. When a ring passes your target it keeps going and darkens, so going over is something you can see instead of a bar stuck at 100%. TARGETS THAT FIT YOU Answer a few questions — height, weight, how active you are, what you want your weight to do — and Grama sets daily targets, then recalculates them as your weight changes. A NUDGE, NOT A NAG If your protein is short late in the day, Grama can suggest something you have already eaten before, and draw what your rings would look like if you ate it. No reminder is ever sent after 8 pm. Reminders stay off until you turn them on. YOUR LOG, ON YOUR DEVICES Entries, targets and weights sync across your devices. History is a calendar — tap a day to see what you ate and what the rings looked like. PRIVACY Meal photos are analysed and thrown away. Our server holds one in memory for the length of the request and never writes it to disk. Nutrition labels are read entirely on your phone, so that photo never leaves the device at all. No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, nothing sold. Deleting your account removes everything at once — not flagged for later, removed. MEMBERSHIP Photo, barcode, label and voice analysis need a Grama membership, sold as 6-month and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Manual entry, targets, rings, history and weight tracking stay free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of that. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. The exact price is shown before you buy. What's New in Grama

1.4.5

October 17, 2026

• The app now tells you when a new version is out. Tap Update to go straight to the App Store, or choose "Not now". • On days you go over your target, calories left on the watch and the home screen widget no longer stop at zero — they go negative, so you can see how far over you are and work it off.
