All other features on the app work, but because of SC State regulations, I’m unable to get cash advances. Other than that, I have no issues with Grant.
Glitches
App claims debit card had to be added to primary bank but refused to accept the card when attempted to add it and a message stating “card could not be verified!” What was interesting was that repayments and cash advances were each applied to the associated card.
Grant support had vague responses which I believe became they did not know the answers and did not take the extra steps to fix the problem!

Won’t cancel
I have canceled this membership a zillion times and they keep charging me. It never sticks after you hit cancel. I have contacted support many times and they are no help!
Stilling people’s money. Stay away from this app
The didn’t give me the loan but took my bank information and start stilling my money without my permission. No refund no customer service. We are in USA you can not still - you can not charge people’sdebit cards and bank accounts without their permission. I try to close my account but they are not helping me - I can not close but they continue charging me. Never use this app so disappointed for stilling my money
