Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience with this app. Everything started off good and then it switched up out of nowhere during the time I really needed the help. It kept saying that my bank account username was incorrect and I didn’t change it at all. I just don’t get it. I contacted customer service to no avail. RUN AWAY!! Fast!!
