Cumbersome to use
This app is hard to use. It does not remember any of your login info so you must key it in each time. The claim submission interface is unnecessarily clumsy - for example, if you are submitting a photo of your claim from your photo library it takes jpg. But if you submit it via the iOS files interface, it must be a pdf.
