App doesn’t work

This app was not very good to begin with, as many others have commented the fact it wants to charge you when we pay hundreds of pounds a month for a season ticket, is a joke. For the last 2 weeks now though it has stopped working on my phone entirely so it has become totally useless

Shockingly bad

One of the worse apps I’ve ever seen
1) it doesn’t tell you the stops the twin will be making (unless you pay for this)
2) it tells you the wrong platform to catch train from (it was platform 11 at Liverpool Street and not platform 2)

Get one of the other free train apps instead.

Money

Train fares are not fair neither is this Application sadly for any worthwhile information it’s MONEY

Would i pay to see a menu in a restaurant?

It’s like walking into a restaurant and being charged to look at the menu. How on earth can they charge ‘their’ customers a fee (don’t care how small) to see basic travel information about a train they have mostly likely or are most likely paying Greater Anglia to travel.

Incredible poor customer service

Scam!

This is not the official app don’t be fooled!

3rd Party App - not good

Avoid. It’s not greater Anglia and will just ask you for money to view a free timetable. Deleted.

Unusable!

Advert pop ups make this app irritating and unusable and why I would want to send it on to an unsuspecting friend in order to delete the annoying adverts is beyond me!

Are you having a laugh?

I pay £1000s for an annual pass and you want me to pay on top of that to see what time my train will arrive and/or if there are any delays???! It’s scandalous! If you at least run a service that was on time I wouldn’t need an app in the first place!
Please at least make the app free for customers with annual or monthly passes! Sickening!!

Cost £52 a year? Rip-off pricing!

Way too expensive for train info which is available free elsewhere. Is this the genuine Abellio Greater Anglia app? If so it’s a scandal.

Why are they trying to charge me?

Why are they trying to get 99p off me per month to check train times? Greedy!

How fond train Time and price ?

Unclear

Useless

Hugely restricted functionality to things that are freely available on the website. Total joke that they are trying to charge for things that would be helpful to their customers that are free elsewhere.

This is dreadful customer service

How can a train company charge for seeing how late and unreliable their trains are!!!! If it’s not bad enough selling your kidneys to pay for a season ticket you then have to pay more to check how late it’s going to be and which service is replace placed by an undersized bus!!

Rip off

This app wants to charge 99p weekly for less info than is available is on free apps such as Trainline and National rail enquiries. It just another example of this company trying to rip us off again. AVOID.

0 stars

Basically you have to pay to be told train times - disgusting should be free like national rail. Especially if you are like me and travel from a remote station with no staff to let you know anything when there are numerous issues weekly. Terrible app & train service. Don’t bother using

Pointless

You have to pay 99p/week to get basic functionality that the national rail app already does for free...
No thanks.

Limited option for planning

Whilst the app offers me train times this is limited to the next 30minutes, so when I live more than 30 minutes from the station I cannot plan my trip far enough in advance. As a disabled user planning is everything!

Very basic information

Only shows a few of the next journeys and no full timetable. Also pushed you to go to the paid version with weekly subscription. Poor functionality and information - avoid it

Step back

Functionality has been stripped back in the latest version pushing users towards a paid version for the stripped functionality.
