Love Greater Bank been with them for years! Only thing is app could be updated a little bit
1. Notifications on your phone when money comes in or out of your account.
2. Maybe a recurring bills tracker, that displays what day it comes out etc
3. Interest indicators, like how much more you need to get your interest for the month. (If your on track for interest)
4. Spending habits and like a spending tracker
These would definitely change the game.

Crashing
App keep crashing going to to login same happens to online banking. Need an update.
Very basic app
Very basic app - does what it needs to but significantly behind other apps. Simple things such as push notifications when money leaves the account isn’t possible
Overdue for an update
8 months since the last update but NPBS app has been updated numerous times. UI is broken since iOS 26
Non-functional.
I thought this app was fine a year ago, but recently - actually for a while - I haven’t been able to log into the app. I press the ‘log in’ button and it doesn’t do anything. I have to use the website anytime I want to access my account. This is extremely frustrating and I thought at first it was just my phone being silly and was a one-off… But no. This has persisted for months.

Update required
I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the app logging me out when I click on an account I wish to access. This can recur several times in the space of minutes , log in, auto log out, log in, auto log out. I am considering moving my business banking accounts due to this. App needs work.
Changing banks
App is no longer transparent. It used to show account balance and pending so you could check your balance at any time. No longer shows pending. Probably changing banks for a better in in the next couple of months

By far the best and easiest banking app around. I won’t swap banks even after moving away to a different State. Keep up the good work.
Used to work
Decent app, does what you need it to until last week, I can no longer stay logged in. I thought it was my iPhone 8+ which can no longer update to the new iOS.
Condescending
I withdrew some money from my savings account to make a purchase of what I had been saving for. Since then every time I transfer from my savings accounts I get an added annoyance of a pop up saying if I transfer I won’t get my interest. As if anyone uses the savings accounts for $5 interest a year. At least change it to only notify of the first transfer of the month as after that it doesn’t matter anyway. It just annoys people

Access code keeps getting denied
This app was doing fine until today I went to log in and my Face ID got denied same with my access code, this is also happening with my family members.

Buggy
So buggy and slow now since the update - every few days accounts that were physically closed in branch reappear in my app - how that’s possible who knows - but it’s so frustrating when your accounts move around every few days. I hide them again and they reappear in a few days.
It’s ok,
I find every so often even when adding your correct details it won’t let you log in and I have to constantly change my password and quick long in code. Very frustrating when your in the middle of a transaction or trying to transfer money and pay bills.
Also you now have to log into and out each time you do a transaction just to get a balance. Not the best app to be honest.

The update to the app is unnecessary, it now requires me to take more steps to complete tasks within the app.

I’m having problems with viewing quick balance after last update
Why touch whats not broken?
The app was fine until the new update now every time I log on it logs me back out again. I could be half way through a transaction or just finished punching in my password. It’s frustrating because it happens nearly every single time! Not just me either everyone has been complaining & frustrated about it.
