It won’t let me log in, it keep saying “error something went wrong try again later” It does it often. Then if it logs me in I can’t do anything else without that message popping up at least 20 times. The app is updated? idk what’s going on.

I get my ssi check on your card since 2020. I am thinking of calling the social security office and asking if I can switch banks because fighting every day to see my balance especially on the day you’re supposed to get paid and I can’t log in. Since you been bought out the new owners should fix the app since last year that is what the Apple Store says.Stays one star until you permanently fix the problem.

Worst bank card ever!!!
How are they even still in business . Literally the biggest scam ever .. I bought a card a week ago and never was able to activate my card!!! Been calling customer service 3 times a day for a week now .. all I hear is try again , call later , never talked to an actual representative. Stay as far away from this card as you can! If I could I would have rated 0 stars negative stars at that .

Helped me set up the account yea however upon logging in it kept telling me to go to the website Ontop of that someone my transaction arent being displayed

I been on green dot checking for 4-5 yrs. But lately when I go to sign in to my account it says green dot app needs to be updated to the latest version, go to the App Store and update the new version of green dot. Could it be a scam?
