Fixed bottoms, no change could make

The bottoms were fixed, could not change the timing. Also full rate was 8$ but it charged 20$.

Pre-loading scam

Forced loading onto wallet is a total scam

Overchanging

The app is unreliable. It doesn’t clearly confirm successful payments, making it easy to get charged multiple times. Customer service is also unreachable, no one answers the phone.

Triple Check For Your Payment

Today it is the second time make me a missed purchase of parking pass. Followed the steps by The app and I thought I have paid successfully. But it was not. The completion of the purchase is very unclear.

Garbage app

Multiple times this app has glitched out not taking my payment and I’ve received a +$70 ticket. At the very least notify me that the transaction didn’t go through.

Current version doesn’t work

Updated and now the app doesn’t even open. Just stuck on the logo.

Widget

Add a widget that displays time remaining for parking session.

Crooks

I used this app 3 years ago and topped it off with 40$ used 14$ of the 40$ I had on it and left it, so when I need to pay for parking again I don’t need to top off then to now use the app, and the balance is gone, so they basically stole my money and updated the app where I can’t see my history and my balance I had absolutely robbery

Don’t download

The app is terrible it keeps on saying the location ID is incorrect but it’s literally correct! Wouldn’t let us pay until we changed the hour. Also randomly takes 20 dollars off your account

Cannot verify number

Can’t get past first step to verify phone number. Keep getting an error with several different phone numbers.

Too Many Confirmation Stages

You have to confirm at least 4 to 5 times for this to actually go through… Which causes a big problem when you feel like you’ve done the confirmation and arrive to your car and there’s a ticket there… Only to find out that there was another two confirmation stages.

As bad as ever

It’s impossible to emphasize enough how bad this app is. It routinely freezes when you’re trying to set up a parking session, requiring you to to start all over again, thus adding another five minutes or so to the entire process. For something that’s supposed to make parking more convenient this is a tragic fail.

New interface is a downgrade

New interface requires scrolling through to select licence plate. Old interface show all plates at once. New design is slower and laggy. The old faster and a more fluid user experience from opening the app to final confirmation of payment.

Forced minimum $20 preload

This is one of the few apps that requires a $20 minimum payment as a preload even if it’s a few dollars for parking. Let us choose how much to preload or charge us the exact amount.

Continually getting worse

Occasionally takes two mins to load. Then shows error has occurred. No one has time for this during commute

Hate preloading

Just let me pay for the session at the exact amount it costs.

You owe me 50$

This dumb app was stuck in a loop. I would pay and confirm and it just cycled back to the pay confirmation. I didn’t realize this until I got back to my ticketed car and saw what this stupid was doing.

Needs Offline Support for QR Code

Overall this app is decent, but it has a critical flaw—if you open the app to scan at a gated lot, it requires signal/internet to see your QR code. This is bad when underground. The app should remember the QR code and offer to show that.

Second, the confirmation screen should be worked on to make it more clear that you’re not done purchasing yet.

Doesn’t load on mobile networks

Needs WiFi, suddenly stopped loading on multiple SIM cards. Data enabled etc.

Stupid $20 auto load feature

I hate how you can’t just pay for the time you park. You’re forced to pay a minimum $20 balance on the app. The stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of.
