This is the most useless app I’ve ever tried to use. I’m not able to fill in information that is required. When I click on coverage it shows a blank page. The benefits booklet won’t load either.

This app is completely garbage. Have submitted several claims for same provider over the past three months. The app never adds the provider it has to be re-entered every time for a claim. this company is garbage
